Zimbabwe have announced their Test squad for their upcoming series against Sri Lanka.

The biggest blow comes in the form of Zimbabwe fast bowlers Tendai Chatara and Tinashe Panyangara missing out due to injuries.

Chatara is nursing an ankle injury while Panyangara is dealing with a back injury.

Chris Mpofu returns to the squad after 5 years while uncapped players Carl Mumba and Tarisai Musakanda have been called up to the squad.

Graeme Cremer (Captain), Tino Mawoyo, Hamilton Masakadza, Craig Ervine, Sean Williams, Regis Chakabva (wk), Peter Moor, Donald Tiripano, Chris Mpofu, Taurai Muzarabani, Michael Chinouya, Brian Chari, Sikandar Raza, Malcolm Waller, Carl Mumba, Tarisai Musakanda.
