Batsman Dhananjaya De Silva will fly to UK to join Sri Lanka squad as replacement for injured Kusal Janith Perera.
Kusal Perera who was playing really well against the strong Indian team in the Champions Trophy had got injured while batting.
Kusal Perera had got a hamstring injury during his innings and he had to go off the field.
Kusal Perera was playing on 47 when he made a decision to go off the field. He was hobbling along for a while and wasn't looking that good and it seemed like a sensible decision by him.
The injured Sri Lankan player will be replaced by the young Dhananjaya De Silva, who has played just 16 One Day Internationals and has scored a total of 334 runs for his side.
Sri Lanka beat India with a wonderful chase in their second game of the Champions Trophy and they will be playing Pakistan in their next game and hopefully Dhananjay De Silva will be included in that one.
However, Kusal Perera has not been ruled out of the Champions Trophy 2017.
