3.2 - Dockrell to Barresi, out Stumped!! That is easier than the easiest for the keeper, Barresi nimbles down the pitch, gets beaten in flight as the ball took forever to reach him. In fact, he was into his loft even before the ball came. Then the ball dipped and turned away to settle into the mitts of the keeper, who does not waste time to whip the bails off. 1.5 - Dockrell to van der Merwe, out Caught by Murtagh!! And another one bites the dust. This wicket is forced by the match-situation not by the bowler, Merwe swung across the line and a thick outside edge lobbed off towards short third man. 1.3 - Dockrell to T Cooper, out Caught by Rankin!! That is a soft dismissal, that ball should have been in the stands but it lands into the hands of the man stationed at mid-on. 1.4 - Dockrell to van der Merwe, 2 runs, tell you what, to dive in such cold conditions takes some heart but KOB did that, Merwe lofted this tossed up delivery towards long-off and O' Brien traveled some ground to his right and put in the dive, got his hands to it but the ball burst off his palms into the fence, Merwe is off the mark

3.0 - Meekeren to Wilson, FOUR, this time Wilson makes a meaty connection, goes deep and executes the ramp shot to perfection. The length is short and this time there was pace on offer too and that allowed Wilson to deflect it away towards the third man fence

0.3 - Ahsan Malik to Porterfield, byes, FOUR, poor keeping that! On a length and as Porterfield made room outside leg, Malik fired it outside the leg-stump. Porterfield goes for a big whoosh and misses, fortunately for him, the keeper doesn't pick the line of the delivery. Fails to glove and allows four byes

0.1 - Ahsan Malik to Porterfield, FOUR, a boundary first ball and that will get Porterfield going. A poor first ball from Ahsan Malik, down leg and all Porterfield needed to do was get some bat. He sinks to one knee and swipes it wide of short fine, raced away!

2.0 - van der Gugten to Stirling, SIX, repeat that first ball please, shuffles outside off and times the uppish flick to perfection, right over the man at fine leg

1.1 - van der Gugten to Stirling, SIX, brilliant from Stirling! Walks across the stumps and flicks this length delivery uppishly into the fine leg stands. Got the timing right and kept the head still - That was the key

5.4 - Meekeren to Dockrell, out Bowled!! CTRL C + CTRL V of the previous delivery. Ireland now need ABD+GAYLE+SUPERMAN to chase this target. I'm afraid even that won't be enough. This is what the associate nations bring to cricket. The joy, the laughter, the action and ultimately quality to the game of cricket. 5.3 - Meekeren to Sorensen, out Bowled!! CASTLED! After bowling that slower delivery he decides to serve some pace and hits the timber. Has his fingers aloft and Netherlands can sniff a victory here. Pacy good length ball arrowing down middle and leg, Sorensen cleared his front leg and was early on the ugly, rash smite over mid-wicket. Misses and off go the bails. 3.3 - van der Merwe to Andrew Poynter, out Caught by Ben Cooper!! Jeez! Ireland and committing hara-kiri here. Looks like there is a catching-practice session going on in the middle. It was slower through the air and darted in around off, Poynter went for the loft over long-on. Got the height but not the distance. 3.2 - van der Merwe to Wilson, out Caught by van der Gugten!! van der Merwe strikes second ball! It was fired in around middle and leg, was nicely tossed up too. Wilson went for the reverse lap, looks to clear the man at short third man. Was beaten by the loop and dip, the ball thuds the splice and lands safely in the hands of van der Gugten who is stationed at short third man. Wilson c van der Gugten b van der Merwe 4(4) [4s-1]

2.3 - Meekeren to Stirling, out Caught by van der Merwe!! Two in two. Will Meekeren get a hat-trick? Yet again he bowls one short and just outside off, Stirling seeks to ramp it over short third man, went deep inside the crease and didn't get his timing right. 2.2 - Meekeren to Kevin O'Brien, out Caught by Seelaar!! That's a ripper. Whhhhaaadday a catch from Seelaar. It was short and wide, O'Brien fetched the slog-pull from there. The ball was struck so powerfully and it went flat and fast to the left of the fielder at deep mid-wicket. Makes room outside leg and tries to launch this length delivery over long-on. Lost his balance and timing, the ball skews off the inside half and skies towards long-on who accepts a sitter. 4.3 - Bukhari to Niall O'Brien, 1 run, too full again, too good for Niall O'Brien who could only dig it in front of mid-wicket, the bowler gives chase, shies at his end and misses. A direct hit would have been interesting
