Runs away to the fence

7.5 - Lakmal to Samuels, FOUR, edged and four! 24.5 - Malinga to Samuels, SIX, that's a great shot! Samuels uses the pace on this short delivery outside off from Malinga, he opens the face of the bat and upper-cuts it over the third man fence, there was a fielder in the deep but he was a mere spectator on this occasion

33.5 - Mathews to Narine, out Caught by Chandimal!! He has picked out the fielder in the deep. Short of length delivery on the stumps, Narine swipes across the line, times it really well but hits it straight down the throat of Chandimal at deep square leg. West Indies are nine down now. Narine c Chandimal b Mathews 9(14) [4s-1]

29.0 - A Mendis to Brathwaite, out Lbw!! Mendis gets the breakthrough. This was the quicker one on the stumps, it went straight on. Brathwaite plays across the line and misses it completely. The ball hits him on the pad in line with middle stump, the umpire hardly had to think before raising his finger. Mendis is extremely delighted. Brathwaite lbw b A Mendis 18(13) [4s-3]

23.5 - Dushmantha Chameera to Holder, out Caught by K Perera!! The West Indian skipper now departs. Another one on a length just outside off, Holder tries to run it down to third man after opening the face of the bat, ends up edging it and the keeper dives to his right and takes a good catch. Seven down now are the West Indies. Holder c K Perera b Dushmantha Chameera 19(19) [4s-3]

18.4 - A Mendis to J Carter, out Caught by K Perera!! The visitors lose their sixth wicket. Banged in short and at the batsman, Ramdin was surprised by the pace and extra bounce as he tries to fend it away after taking his eyes off the ball. It catches the glove and lobs up off the helmet, the keeper runs forward, puts in the dive and takes a well-judged catch. The keeper might have also injured his hand there as he is looking in some discomfort. The physio walks out to tend to him. Ramdin c K Perera b Dushmantha Chameera 4(12)

5.4 - Lakmal to Darren Bravo, out Bowled!! That's a peach! Bravo had no clue about it. This was on a good length and swings back in sharply from just outside off, Bravo puts his front foot across and shoulders arms, he wanted to leave it alone but the ball comes back in a long way and hits the top of off stump. Bravo was clueless and Lakmal is ecstatic after picking this wicket. Darren Bravo b Lakmal 4(7)

4.5 - Malinga to Blackwood, out Caught by Dilshan!! The visitors are in a spot of bother here. A soft, soft dismissal for Blackwood. This was short and well outside off, Blackwood hops and looks to dab it past backward point, ends up hitting it meekly as the ball reared onto his bat, it got big on him and Dilshan takes another easy catch. Blackwood c Dilshan b Malinga 2(8)

3.4 - Lakmal to Andre Fletcher, out Lbw!! West Indies lose their second wicket. This was on a good length and angled in on the stumps, Fletcher comes across and fails to clip it away, wears it on the pad in line with leg stump, it looked very close at first and the umpire raised his finger in a flash. 0.4 - Malinga to Charles, out Caught by Dilshan!! Charles falls in the very first over. That's a lollipop catch for Dilshan. On a good length and shaping away outside off, there's not much pace on the pitch as Charles pushes at it, he goes through the shot a little too early and spoons it straight to the man at backward point. He got undone because the ball stopped on him to an extent. Charles c Dilshan b Malinga 4(4) [4s-1]

15.3 - Siriwardana to Samuels, 2 runs, dropped! Siriwardana drags this one short and on the stumps, Samuels pulls it hard, doesn't keep it down and hits it to the left of short mid-wicket, where Thirimanne flies across to his left, gets both hands to it but can't hold on. Can only parry it towards the long-on region and the batsmen take two

35.3 - Mathews to Rampaul, 1 run, run-out chance missed! Banged in short and at the batsman, Rampaul was surprised by it as he tries to fend it away, the ball rolls to the left of the bowler as Rampaul decides to take off for the single, Mathews quickly gets across, turns around and fires a throw at the non-striker's end, a direct-hit would have been out but he misses

34.4 - Malinga to Rampaul, 1 run, yorker on the stumps, Rampaul jams it out in front of short cover and sets off, the fielder quickly goes forward and has a shy at the non-striker's end. Would have been close had he hit, but Rampaul gets in as the fielder misses

33.1 - Mathews to Samuels, 1 run, Samuels gets to his 9th ODI ton! He has looked in great touch today and deserves this hundred. 10.1 - Narine to Thirimanne, FOUR, poor delivery to start the new spell, down the leg-side. Thirimanne flicks it fine, gets it to the left of a diving short fine leg, races away to the fence

9.3 - Brathwaite to Thirimanne, FOUR, edged and four! On a fuller length and slightly wide outside off, induces the batsman to play the expansive drive, the ball flies off the outside edge, beats the leap of the fielder at slip and runs away to the fence

6.4 - Holder to K Perera, FOUR, uppish but safe! Half-volley just outside off, Perera comes on the front foot and drives it in the air, timed it really well but got it in the gap between short cover and cover-point, races away to the fence

5.0 - Holder to Dilshan, FOUR, once again a poor final ball to end the over. Drifts onto the pads of Dilshan, who flicks it fine, gets it to the right of short fine leg and it runs away to the fence

4.0 - Narine to Dilshan, FOUR, a good over has been destroyed by a very poor final ball. Short and wide outside off, Dilshan rocks back inside the crease and cuts it through the backward point region for another boundary

1.5 - Narine to Dilshan, FOUR, Dilshan gets his first boundary. It was floated up on the pads, Dilshan kneels down and sweeps it fine, gets it to the right of short fine leg and it races away

25.3 - Brathwaite to Siriwardana, SIX, banged in short and at the batsman, Siriwardana swivels and pulls it magnificently over the deep backward square leg fence for a maximum

15.1 - Holder to K Perera, SIX, that's been smashed! Brings up the 50-run stand as well. A half-volley outside off, Perera just lofts it through the line, the timing was great and it clears the long-off fence easily. Stand and deliver stuff!

0.4 - Rampaul to K Perera, SIX, that's been smashed! A shortish delivery on the stumps, Perera swivels on the pull and sends it soaring over the deep mid-wicket fence for a maximum. The best result you can get out of a free-hit

28.2 - Holder to Siriwardana, out Caught by Ramdin!! Half the Sri Lankan side is back in the hut now. On a good length and angled across off, Holder extracts some extra lift off the surface because of his height, Siriwardana was looking to run it down to third man, can only manage an outside edge through to the keeper. Siriwardana c Ramdin b Holder 17(13) [6s-1]

24.2 - J Carter to Chandimal, out Caught by Ramdin!! This is a big wicket at this moment. Chandimal walks back to the hut now. On a good length and shapes away ever so slightly just outside off, Chandimal comes forward to drive it through the off-side, can only nick it through to the keeper, who takes it easily. Chandimal c Ramdin b J Carter 23(35)

18.3 - Rampaul to K Perera, out Caught by Blackwood!! Perera departs right after reaching his fifty. This has got to sting. It was hit with a lot of power but Blackwood has taken a good catch. Just short of a good length and outside off, Perera swipes across the line, hits it with a lot of power but doesn't keep it down. Blackwood at short mid-wicket does well to hold onto it after moving to his right. Do the West Indies have an opening here? K Perera c Blackwood b Rampaul 50(47) [4s-2 6s-2]

15.4 - Holder to Thirimanne, out Caught by Samuels!! West Indies get their second wicket. It was a length delivery that extracts some extra bounce off the surface, Thirimanne was looking to drive, the ball may have stopped on him as well, he doesn't time it well at all. Spoons it straight to Samuels at short cover, who takes an easy catch. The umpires check for the front foot but Holder is fine on that count. He was in some discomfort after bowling that ball and immediately asked for the physio to come out. He's lying down on his back right now. Thirimanne c Samuels b Holder 21(34) [4s-3]

5.3 - Brathwaite to Dilshan, out Caught by J Carter!! Oh dear! Dilshan has failed to make the most of the reprieve. This was bowled slightly wide outside off, Dilshan cuts hard, doesn't bother to keep it down and hits it straight to Carter at backward point, who doesn't make the same mistake twice and hangs onto it this time around. Brathwaite leaps in joy. Dilshan c J Carter b Brathwaite 21(19) [4s-4]

5.2 - Brathwaite to Dilshan, no run, dropped! That's a big miss from Carter at backward point. Fullish delivery outside off, Dilshan goes hard on the drive, hits it uppishly towards backward point, who gets both hands to it, but it pops out of his hands. There was a run-out chance at the non-striker's end, but the throw hits the bowler, who was walking back in disgust. Two let-offs in just one ball

18.1 - Rampaul to K Perera, 1 run, 7th ODI fifty for Perera! He nudges this length delivery on the pads through mid-wicket for a single. He has definitely looked in very good touch
