The colour-blind run-machine
|
|
Bill Ponsford was a run-machine. He found that he was colour-blind when he went to volunteer for the air force. He could not distinguish between red and green.
Doctor: "What colour did the new ball look to you?"
Ponsford: "Red".
Doctor: "What colour did it look after it became worn?"
Ponsford: "I never noticed its colour then, only its size."
