Merv Hughes was pretty famous among batsmen for his sledging.
Once he was angry with Robin Smith and told him, "Smith, you can't f***ing bat."
Smith hit a boundary of Hughes' next ball and while running towards the non-striker's end, turned towards Hughes and said, "Make a good pair, don't we? I can't f***ing bat and you can't f***ing bowl!"
