Kolkata Knight Riders may not participate in IPL 2015 if Sunil Narine not allowed to play

Shah Rukh Khan’s Kolkata Knight Riders created a storm with BCCI suspending Sunil Narine from the tournament.

The curtains came down for the Kolkata Knight Riders spinner Sunil Narine in the CLT20 tournament. He was not eligible to bowl in the October 5 final as he was reported for suspected illegal bowling action for a second time in as many matches. CSK eventually went on to win the finals.

Under the CLT20 Suspected Illegal Bowling Action policy, if a player receives a report while on the warning list, the player shall be suspended from bowling for the remainder of the tournament and from bowling in any matches organised by the BCCI until such date as he is cleared.

According to Mumbai mirror's report, KKR are examining legal actions against BCCI and might not play coming IPL season.

BCCI was not satisfied and refused to accept ICC’s report that cleared his bowling action as legal and demanded a re-test which will be conducted in Sri Ramachandra Medical University in Chennai.

The 2014 IPL champions are firm in not letting Narine take another test and demands BCCI to take the ICC’s certificate. The team’s proposal is presented in Jagmohan Dalmiya’s table and is expected to take a call in a day or two.
