Sri Lankan batsman Niroshan Dickwella has been ruled out of the ongoing ODI series against Bangladesh.
He suffered a hairline fracture to his left hand while training.
Although suspected it was a minor injury, it turned out to be worse than they thought.
Sri Lanka have chosen to replace Dickwella, a batsman with the bowler Dilruwan Perera and have also added Nuwan Kulasekara and Nuwan Pradeep to the squad.
Sri Lanka lost the 1st ODI against Bangladesh in an embarrassing defeat and to come out strong in the rest of the ODIs, they have chosen to strengthen their squad.
