New Zealand fast bowler Tim Southee has been ruled out of the 3rd Test against South Africa due to an injury.
Southee has suffered a hamstring tear and will sit out the 3rd Test.
This is the third injury blow to New Zealand after Ross Taylor and Trent Boult both have been missing out due to injuries.
With Boult and Southee both out, New Zealand will have to choose between Neil Wagner, Matt Henry, Colin de Grandhomme and Jimmy Neesham.
The 3-match test series is currently led by South Africa 1-0, with the 1st match being drawn and the second being won easily by South Africa.
