New Zealand spinner Ish Sodhi has been recalled to the New Zealand squad for the 3rd ODI in the Chappell-Hadlee ODI series.
Fresh off his stint in the Big Bash League, the selectors opted to go for him as the Seddon Park pitch is quite spin-friendly.
New Zealand national selector Gavin Larsen said,

History shows that the Seddon Park pitch can be spin friendly and for that reason Ish has been brought into the squad. We wanted the option of two specialist spinners for this match and it's a venue that Ish has had some success in at in the past.
”
New Zealand are 1-0 up in the 3-match series against Australia, with the 2nd match being rained out.
