The leopard won't changed its stripes

Jeff Thomson always wanted to intimidate the batsman. Once, though, his skipper, Greg Chappell wanted him to pitch the ball up against Geoffrey Boycott.
Thomson agreed to do so but then ran in and bowled a couple of really fast short balls. Chappell was furious but he realised later that it was wrong to expect a leopard change its stripes!
