Playing fast bowling was fun for Colin Cowdrey

Colin Cowdrey was flown out to Australia in 1974-75 as a late replacement.
In his first Test match there, as he went out to bat, he bade Jeff Thomson 'Good morning'. Thomson couldn't quite believe the greeting and looked at him in astonishment.
Cowdrey was barraged with bouncers. He avoided a couple, got hit by a couple.
Between overs he strolled down the pitch, calmly greeted the non-striker, and chuckled, "This is good fun, isn't it?"
