Ian Chappell knew how to be a leader

Ian Chappell was one of Australia's finest captains. He certainly knew a thing or two about leading a team.
Rodney Marsh, in the middle of a purple patch, suddenly misgloved a couple of balls in a short space of time.
Chappell walked upto him and told, "Come on, you're not out here for your good looks, you know."
It was a shock for Marsh and he was angry at Chappell. But, at the end of the day, he realised that he deserved it and the rebuke helped him improve his performance later that day.
