Due to some technical problems, we are unable to cover live matches on our site and app. We are working on it and will be back soon. Please stay tuned for more.

Out walk Rahul and Mandeep, under pressure for the first time. Dare I say this will be a test of young India's mettle. One slip in place..

For the visitors, Axar, showed good control and picked up the wicket of Mutombodzi. Chahal and Dhawan, although were rewarded with a wicket apeice, were expensive. Bumrah, relatively bowled well in the slog overs, but leaked 14 runs in the last over. Zimbabwe need to up their game to overcome their fancied opponents. Join us for the chase in a few minutes.

After a disappointing ODI series, Zimbabwe started off well with the bat. Masakadza came out all guns blazing and played a breezy knock, but threw his wicket away just when he had got set. Waller and Raza played handy knocks to keep the scorecard ticking. Mutumbami got struck in the midriff and had to hobble off the field. Just when the hosts looked well on course to get a big score, they lost wickets in clusters. But Chigumbura stood tall amidst the ruins as he displayed a flurry of sparkling shots and provided the nitro-boost towards the end to take Zimbabwe to a challenging total.

Chigumbura 54(26) Neville Madziva 5(5) Bumrah 4-1-24-2

19.6 - Bumrah to Chigumbura, no run, wow, what an anti-climactic end. Well directed bumper in line with the stumps, and Chigumbura has ducked underneath to let it go. Perhaps expected a wide. Not to be. Nevertheless, Zimbabwe finish with an impressive 170 on the board

19.5 - Bumrah to Chigumbura, SIX, fifty for Chigumbura, and he gets there by wallopping a slower ball over deep mid-wicket. That's got the crowd roaring, and why wouldn't they!

19.4 - Bumrah to Neville Madziva, 1 run, back of a length delivery just outside off, Madziva gets cramped but manages to swap ends by chopping it off some glove behind backward point

19.3 - Bumrah to Chigumbura, leg byes, 1 run, missed out here! On the pads and so easily could have glanced it to the fence. Instead, it clips his pads and goes away wide of the keeper

19.2 - Bumrah to Chigumbura, SIX, weeeeee, over long-off! Chigumbura is playing a blinder. Low full toss, tough to hit those ha? Chigumbura has no problems in getting under it and lofting it cleanly

19.1 - Bumrah to Neville Madziva, 1 run, skiddy short of length delivery outside off, Madziva is very late on the attempted forehand and chops it wide of backward point

A massive 21-run over. Zimbabwe cross 150, for the second time on the tour!

Over: 19 1 4 0 1 0 ZIM 155/6
Chigumbura 42(22) Neville Madziva 3(3) Unadkat 4-0-43-0

18.6 - Unadkat to Chigumbura, no run, finishes it with a dot. Cleverly angles it away outside off, Chigumbura swings across the line and misses

18.5 - Unadkat to Chigumbura, SIX, mighty clighty, who's your daddy now eh? Chigumbura is having a lot of fun under the sun. Unadkat has lost the plot, goes over the wicket, feeds it on a length and is tonked over wide long-on

18.5 - Unadkat to Chigumbura, wide, and again. Almost an action replay of the previous ball. Too wide outside off

18.5 - Unadkat to Chigumbura, wide, Unadkat is clearly rattled. Probably for the first time in the tour, the Indian bowlers are under the pump. Goes for the wide yorker, loses his wrist and bowls it way too wide

18.4 - Unadkat to Chigumbura, 2 runs, slower short of length delivery outside off, change of plans from Unadkat. Chigumbura flat-bats it hard but can't get the desired timing. Chops it wide of long-off, in the gap for a brace

18.3 - Unadkat to Chigumbura, SIX, oh good grief! That's outta here, new balls please! Chigumbura has whacked the living daylights off Unadkat. Right in the slot on a good length, around off, and Chigumbura clears his front leg to blast it on the roof over the long-on stands

18.2 - Unadkat to Chigumbura, FOUR, flies away off a thick edge and over short third man. Unadkat switches to round the wicket, fires one full and wide but not quite in the blockhole. Chigumbura has a mighty swipe but it's too wide to control it precisely, zooms away for a boundary

18.1 - Unadkat to Neville Madziva, 1 run, can't quite get hold of the inside-out drive after dancing down the track. The bat turns in his hands and he carves it over backward point. The fielder in the deep is square enough and keeps them to a single

Jaydev Unadkat [3.0-0-22-0] is back into the attack

Excellent stuff from Bumrah. He's been unhittable almost..

Neville Madziva 2(2) Chigumbura 24(17) Bumrah 3-1-10-2

17.6 - Bumrah to Neville Madziva, 1 run, softly works a slower leg-cutter through the square leg region to keep strike

17.5 - Bumrah to Chigumbura, 1 run, low full toss outside off, normal pace, driven to long-off

17.4 - Bumrah to Neville Madziva, 1 run, attempts a leg-cutter by running his fingers across the side of the ball, some extra bounce and it catches Madziva's inside edge towards the high part of the bat for a single to leg

17.3 - Bumrah to Chigumbura, 1 run, zingy low full toss outside off, driven down to long-off

17.2 - Bumrah to Chigumbura, no run, oh good ball. That soon-becoming-famous indipper from Bumrah, cramps Chigumbura for room from a fuller length and compels him to defend

Neville Madziva, right handed bat, comes to the crease

17.1 - Bumrah to Cremer, out Caught by R Dhawan!! Fails to clear mid-off. The idea is right seeing that mid-off is inside the ring but the little bit of extra-bounce is Cremer's undoing. He tries to loft it through the line, it kicks up from a good length, gets him high on the bat and presents a simple enough chance to Dhawan. Cremer c R Dhawan b Bumrah 4(5)

Chigumbura 22(14) Cremer 4(4) Chahal 4-0-38-1

16.6 - Chahal to Chigumbura, no run, quicker and on the stumps, Chigumbura misses the flick and the ball rolls off the pad to the leg-side

16.5 - Chahal to Chigumbura, SIX, another biggie for Chigumbura. Chahal keeps tossing them up bravely, Chigumbura clears his front leg, allows the ball to dip and then goes bang over long-off for the second six of the over

16.4 - Chahal to Cremer, 1 run, flighted just outside off, eased towards point and hands the strike back to Chigumbura

16.3 - Chahal to Chigumbura, 1 run, drifting onto the pads, nudged away through square leg

16.2 - Chahal to Chigumbura, SIX, down the track, right to the pitch and whacked with the turn over the wide long-off fence. Lots of flight here from Chahal and he's paying the penalty

16.1 - Chahal to Cremer, 1 run, tossed up outside off, drilled to long-off

Over: 16 1 2 ZIM 115/5
Chigumbura 9(10) Cremer 2(2) Axar 4-0-18-1

15.6 - Axar to Chigumbura, no run, snaking back in from a back of a length, cramps the batsman, blocked

15.5 - Axar to Cremer, 1 run, flat and outside off, Cremer reverse-laps it wide of short third man

15.4 - Axar to Chigumbura, 1 run, quicker through the air outside off, reverse-swept in front of short third man. Not a lot of timing

15.3 - Axar to Cremer, 1 run, a semblance of flight and he's been driven with the turn through extra-cover

15.2 - Axar to Chigumbura, 1 run, fired in on middle and leg from round the wicket, clipped with the angle through mid-wicket

Graeme Cremer, right handed bat, comes to the crease

15.1 - Axar to Mutombodzi, out Caught by R Dhawan!! Well, Mutombodzi tries to break the shackles which are engulfed all over him. But all he does is slices one down to long-off. Didn't quite get to the pitch and there was a little purchase for Axar which brought about the miscue. Mutombodzi c R Dhawan b Axar 3(8)

Chigumbura 7(7) Mutombodzi 3(7) Chahal 3-0-23-1

14.6 - Chahal to Chigumbura, no run, held back in length and Chigumbura can't reach the pitch after shimmying out, padded back to the bowler. Might have taken a bit of bat on the way actually. But fell well short

14.5 - Chahal to Chigumbura, SIX, zonked over long-off! It's actually not a bad idea from Chahal. Darts a fast delivery outside off, but it's right on a good length and in the slot to be pummeled with a fierce swing

14.5 - Chahal to Mutombodzi, no ball, 1 run, oh dear. Chahal's foot is over the line and the umpire has signalled a no-ball. Nudged through square leg. A free-hit coming up

14.4 - Chahal to Chigumbura, leg byes, 1 run, and again. This is rather questionable. I don't reckon they are even offering shots here. But there's no one in the Indian team who is protesting. So we move on

14.3 - Chahal to Mutombodzi, leg byes, 1 run, down the track looking to work it away, fails to get bat and deflects off pad into the on-side

14.2 - Chahal to Mutombodzi, no run, well flighted leg-break outside off, driven to cover

14.1 - Chahal to Chigumbura, leg byes, 1 run, shimmies down, realizes he isn't quite to the pitch so he hides the bat and offers pad. Wanders away through the on-side for a single. Was there a shot offered even? Not sure

Chigumbura 1(3) Mutombodzi 2(4) Axar 3-0-14-0

13.6 - Axar to Chigumbura, 1 run, slightly slower through the air outside off, very full, driven powerfully to sweeper cover

13.5 - Axar to Chigumbura, no run, overpitched and drilled, but straight back to the bowler

13.4 - Axar to Chigumbura, no run, not much flight, but that's Patel's way. Defended

13.3 - Axar to Mutombodzi, 1 run, slanted in from round the wicket, tucked through mid-wicket

13.2 - Axar to Mutombodzi, no run, hit on the pad again while trying to nudge it with the angle, going down leg though

Elton Chigumbura, right handed bat, comes to the crease

13.1 - Axar to Mutombodzi, out S Raza Run Out!! Big mix-up, trouble and Raza seems to be struggling at the non-striker's end. Wait, what? The umpire has given him out on the field. Woah, it didn't seem that clear-cut to me. But what do I know. Russell Tiffin is spot on. Eagle eyes. Mutombodzi came down the track, tried to work it across the line but failed and the ball rebounded off the pads into the off-side. He initially calls for a single but then backtracks but it's too late for his partner who is well down. S Raza run out (M Pandey/Axar) 20(18) [4s-2]

12.6 - Chahal to S Raza, no run, straight at the stumps, defended

12.5 - Chahal to Mutombodzi, 1 run, nicely tossed up leg-break, a little too full and Mutombodzi has no risk while working it down to long-on

Tinotenda Mutombodzi, right handed bat, comes to the crease

12.4 - Chahal to M Waller, out Bowled!! Done him with the googly and Chahal has his first victim in T20Is in the form of a fledgling Waller. Loopy trajectory but the ball is held back in flight, Waller doesn't pick the wrong 'un, he's shaping to work it through the off-side assuming a leg-break. But it snakes back in, sneaks through the gap between bat and pad and takes off-stump. End of a budding partnership. M Waller b Chahal 30(21) [4s-4]

Chahal to M Waller, THAT'S OUT!! Bowled!!

12.3 - Chahal to S Raza, 1 run, looped up on off, pushed to long-on. He's been either too short or too full

12.2 - Chahal to M Waller, 1 run, slid through, quicker through the air on off, Waller opens his stance and steers it in front of point

12.1 - Chahal to M Waller, FOUR, awesome shot. Too much width on offer from Chahal, Waller presses across and spanks the flat-batted drive wide of long-off. On the bounce, or a couple of them, and hammering into the fence

Over: 12 W 1L 0 1L ZIM 91/2
S Raza 19(16) M Waller 25(18) R Dhawan 4-0-42-1

11.6 - R Dhawan to S Raza, no run, right in the blockhole, not much Raza can do other than dig it out

11.5 - R Dhawan to M Waller, 1 run, short ball, Waller positions himself well on the back foot and thunders the pull away through square leg. Good work in the deep to keep the scoring to a single

11.4 - R Dhawan to M Waller, FOUR, full ball outside off, Waller attempts an expansive drive inside-out, goes really hard but the bat turns in his hands as he skews it off the outside half. In the air, but beats a diving backward point

11.3 - R Dhawan to M Waller, no run, slower ball down leg, the ball clips the pad on its way to the keeper as Waller misses his glance

11.3 - R Dhawan to M Waller, wide, slung into the blockhole but ends up misdirecting it down leg. Or it seemed that way as Waller shuffled across to move well outside the line. But the umpire has no hesitation in calling a wide

11.2 - R Dhawan to M Waller, FOUR, slower ball sits up this time and it's been punched over backward point. A little too short at that pace, Waller leans back and crunches it over the infield

11.1 - R Dhawan to S Raza, 1 run, slower good length delivery on off, Raza shuffles across and nudges it through mid-wicket

10.6 - Chahal to M Waller, 2 runs, sloppy work from Axar at point. The ball is driven straight to him and he has taken his eyes off it. Don't think he even got fingers to it in the end. Sweeper cover tidies up but not before the batsmen hare back for two

10.5 - Chahal to M Waller, 2 runs, nicely done. Slow through the air and turning away outside off, Waller waits on it while staying put in the crease and opens his bat at the last minute to slice it fine past short third man. Unadkat hunts it down

10.4 - Chahal to S Raza, 1 run, sits on the back foot owing to the shortish length and works it down to long-on

10.3 - Chahal to M Waller, 1 run, the leg-break is pushed through the air this time, back of a length and skids on outside off, Waller chops it in front of point

10.2 - Chahal to S Raza, 1 run, thrown up in the air, wide of off, but the length is a little too full and Raza crashes it through extra-cover with a single

10.1 - Chahal to M Waller, 1 run, lots of flight, good drift in towards middle, Waller kicks his front leg out of the way and lofts it on the bounce to long-off

9.4 - Axar to M Waller, no run, another day it would have easily gone onto crash the stumps. Waller chopped this flatter ball into the pitch and as he played it with hard hands, the ball just bounced over the stumps

9.3 - Axar to S Raza, 1 run, delicacy from Sikandar Raza! Camps back and open-bats it towards short third man. Played it very late, nearly around Dhoni's mitts

8.5 - R Dhawan to M Waller, 1 run, stays a bit sideways to push the length ball with an open-bat face towards cover

8.4 - R Dhawan to M Waller, no run, fuller and drifting down leg, Waller played all around it as he wanted to tickle fine, poor execution sans any feet movement. Kisses the pads and dribbles to MS

8.3 - R Dhawan to S Raza, 1 run, around the pads and that's been neatly clipped towards short mid-wicket

8.2 - R Dhawan to S Raza, no run, tries to repeat the same shot but finds backward point this time

0.3 - Unadkat to Chibhabha, no run, looks to force it with hard hands, finds mid-on to perfection

0.2 - Unadkat to Chibhabha, no run, pulls the length back and keeps it straight, gets some zippy bounce which makes Chibhabha look like a school boy while trying to plonk it to the leg-side, played tamely

0.1 - Unadkat to Chibhabha, no run, nice first delivery from Jaydev Unadkat. Very full and swinging away late around fourth stump channel, Chibhabha is taken aback by the late swing. Just manages to dig it out towards cover

After three hammerings in the ODIs, something to cheer for Zimbabwe and its passionate supporters. They have fallen on hard times, but let's hope this win gives them back some much needed happiness. Can they seal a rare series win when these two meet each other once again on Monday or will India comeback with renewed vigour? All to play for then. Do join us for all the action on Monday. For now, cheers and bye..

Chigumbura: 'I thought it was a good effort from the whole team, everyone contributed, the last over from Madziva was excellent. This win gives us plenty of confidence, we will look to improve and come hard once again on Monday.'

Elton Chigumbura is the Man of the Match

Cremer: 'Excellent comeback from us, especially after the loss in the ODI series. There are two matches to go still, can't take it easy. Chigumbura is a dangerous batsman, even when he isn't in the best of forms. India are a quality team and we know they will come hard at us in the remaining two games.'

Dhoni: 'Ultimately, it was a contest between bat and ball. It was all about execution, I thought the last ball was fantastic. We didn't bowl and field that well either. Soft dismissals, some of the wickets we lost were catching practice. I feel this is a stage where most of them would feel the pressure, I hope they learn from it, it is a good learning curve, but there were mistakes from the batsmen. Not a lot to think about, we didn't play our best XI. The Zimbabwe batsmen batted very well, but we didn't bowl well either.'

Just when they were coasting towards the target, Pandey threw away his wicket to Muzarabani and Zimbabwe started to pull things back. Axar Patel landed crunching blows towards the end. With 8 needed off the last over and Dhoni at the crease, one would've put their bet on the Indians but Madziva executed perfect death bowling and helped Zimbabwe romp home by 2 runs.

In a game full of twists and turns, Zimbabwe's bowlers held their nerve to emerge victorious. With 79 runs required off a mere 42 balls, the game was tantalizingly poised. However, Pandey with his domineering batsmanship, just changed the complexion of the game. His demolition job in the 13th over, where he cracked a couple of sixes off Cremer, turned the game on its head. Dhoni played the second fiddle and was an able ally to the Karnataka lad.

19.6 - Neville Madziva to Dhoni, 1 run, Zimbabwe win, Madziva plucks a stump out, lets a war cry and runs away in jubiliation. The rest of the Zimbabwe team follow suit, after the hammering in the ODIs, this is some win for the plucky African nation. Coming to the ball, this was short and wide outside off, would have been called had MS let it go? It was telegraphed though, Dhoni went chasing and slaps it to deep point. The fielder keeps it down to a single and Zimbabwe have won by 2 runs

4 runs needed from the last ball. It's boom or bust for MS

19.5 - Neville Madziva to R Dhawan, 1 run, fuller length delivery and well outside off, Dhawan slices it behind square on the off-side, just a single to third man. MS will take the last ball

19.5 - Neville Madziva to R Dhawan, wide, Umpire Tiffin has wided this one, but it's a harsh harsh call! Dhawan went a long way across once again, Madziva went wider outside off, it was well outside the tramlines, but the batsman was nearer to the tramlines himself

19.4 - Neville Madziva to R Dhawan, no run, this is excellent bowling from Madziva, but what was Dhawan thinking? He went right across his stumps, Madziva spots it and goes wider outside off, Dhawan just lets it go by, not a wide by any means

Dhawan backs away at the last moment, Madziva will have to re-bowl that

19.3 - Neville Madziva to Dhoni, 1 run, just a single, India now need 6 runs from 3 balls, nicely bowled by Madziva, went for the wide yorker, turned out to be a low full-toss, driven towards extra cover for a single

More fielding changes as MS gets back on strike.. Can the Indian captain guide his team home?

19.2 - Neville Madziva to Axar, out Caught by (sub)W Masakadza!! Another twist in the tale, India now need 7 runs from 4 balls. Another length delivery outside off, Axar was looking to smash it out of the ground, he doesn't get the required elevation, straight down the throat of the junior Masakadza at long-off. He doesn't drop those, turns around and celebrates. Axar c (sub)W Masakadza b Neville Madziva 18(9) [4s-1 6s-2]

Mandeep 17(13) Rayudu 10(10) Neville Madziva 2-0-17-0

3.6 - Neville Madziva to Mandeep, FOUR, consecutive boundaries and it turns out to be a good over for India, 13 runs off it. Mandeep stays on leg-side, reads the slower delivery and crashes the drive past the diving extra cover fielder

3.5 - Neville Madziva to Mandeep, FOUR, beautiful shot! This time he connects with the loft. Again went leg-side to open up the off-side field, Madziva helped his cause by delivering length, Mandeep went through the line, lifted it up and over mid-off for a boundary

3.4 - Neville Madziva to Mandeep, 2 runs, dropped! Muzarabani is the culprit. It was a steepler but at this level, you have to gobble those. Mandeep goes leg-side and Madziva follows him, Mandeep still goes through with the loft and mistimes it towards long-on. Muzarbani gets there with two hands, but ends up shelling it

3.3 - Neville Madziva to Mandeep, no run, cramps the batsman for room with a back of a length delivery, Mandeep stands his ground and blocks it back to Madziva

3.2 - Neville Madziva to Mandeep, 2 runs, Mandeep attempts a similar shot and he makes contact. Length delivery slanting in, Mandeep strikes it over mid-wicket and Chibhabha does well to run across from deep square leg and keep it down to a brace

3.1 - Neville Madziva to Rayudu, leg byes, 1 run, Madziva goes up for LBW, but umpire Tiffin is not interested, when is he ever? This was angling into the batsman, Rayudu fails to lay bat on the pick up shot and wears it on the pad, the angle was taking it down leg

Mandeep 5(8) Rayudu 10(9) Donald Tiripano 2-0-11-1

2.6 - Donald Tiripano to Mandeep, no run, short and sat up nicely for Mandeep, who was early into the pull, ends up getting it off the base of the bat and the ball only goes as far as mid-wicket

2.5 - Donald Tiripano to Rayudu, 1 run, direct hit would have made things interesting at the bowler's end. Rayudu tucks it to mid-wicket and there was hesitation, in the end they went for it and the throw was weak from the fielder

2.4 - Donald Tiripano to Rayudu, no run, change of pace and on the off-stump line, Rayudu presses it to cover-point with an open bat face

2.3 - Donald Tiripano to Rayudu, no run, Rayudu is all squared up this time. Once again steps across, Tiripano keeps it on a length and gets it to straighten, Rayudu is beaten on the outside edge and is struck on the back thigh. That stung and he takes his time to recompose himself, Mandeep even goes and has a word with him

2.2 - Donald Tiripano to Mandeep, 1 run, clever bowling from Tiripano, sees the width dance down the wicket and follows him with a full one, Mandeep ekes out an inside edge onto the pad and the ball dribbles behind square on the off-side

2.1 - Donald Tiripano to Rayudu, 1 run, Rayudu shuffles across his stumps tad early and Tiripano takes the pace off the ball, nurdled round the corner - to backward square leg for a single

Mandeep 4(6) Rayudu 8(5) Neville Madziva 1-0-5-0

1.6 - Neville Madziva to Mandeep, no run, shortish and outside off, Mandeep goes hard on the drive, chops it in front of point

1.5 - Neville Madziva to Mandeep, no run, pitched up outside off, another good looking drive from Mandeep, but straight to the man at short extra cover

1.4 - Neville Madziva to Mandeep, no run, good length ball outside off, Mandeep reaches the ball and defends down the wicket

1.3 - Neville Madziva to Mandeep, no run, on a length and curls away outside off, Mandeep lifts his bat and lets it go

1.2 - Neville Madziva to Mandeep, FOUR, fabulous way to get off the mark in T20Is. Overpitched and outside off, Mandeep gets a good stride forward and creams the drive through extra cover. Almost copybook stuff from the Punjab lad

1.1 - Neville Madziva to Mandeep, no run, fuller and drawing the batsman forward, Mandeep has to reach out as the feet were stuck in cement, in the end checks his drive to the man at cover

1.1 - Neville Madziva to Mandeep, wide, not the ideal start from Madziva, splays it down leg, well down and Mandeep has nothing to do with it

Neville Madziva, right-arm medium, comes into the attack

Rayudu 8(5) Mandeep 0(0) Donald Tiripano 1-0-8-1

0.6 - Donald Tiripano to Rayudu, FOUR, wow! That is a top shot. Rayudu shimmies down while giving himself room, converts it into a length delivery and goes inside out over extra cover, one bounce and over the rope. End of an eventful first over, which saw a wicket and a couple of boundaries

0.5 - Donald Tiripano to Rayudu, no run, shortens the length and Rayudu is nicely behind that one, blocked with the straightest of bats

0.4 - Donald Tiripano to Rayudu, FOUR, Rayudu is not afraid to play his shots even though Rahul went off the first ball. Length delivery around off, Rayudu takes his front leg out of the way and tonks it over mid-on, nice way to get going

0.3 - Donald Tiripano to Rayudu, no run, on a length and just outside off, Rayudu opens the bat face and steers it to backward point

0.2 - Donald Tiripano to Rayudu, no run, stifled appeal from Waller, who has donned the keeping gloves in the absence of Mutumbami. Nips back in from a length, Rayudu gets a thin inside edge onto the pad and the ball rolls into the on-side

Ambati Rayudu, right handed bat, comes to the crease

0.1 - Donald Tiripano to Rahul, out Bowled!! And what a start for Zimbabwe, Rahul has steered it back onto the stumps. Oh dear me. It's on a back of a length just outside off, Rahul waits on it and dabs it very very late, but ends up running it right onto off-stump. Probably ended up getting cramped and deflected it off the inside half of the bat. Rahul b Donald Tiripano 0(1)

Donald Tiripano to Rahul, THAT'S OUT!! Bowled!!

Rahul and Mandeep are at the crease. Rahul is on strike. Donald Tiripano will open the attack
