Due to some technical problems, we are unable to cover live matches on our site and app. We are working on it and will be back soon. Please stay tuned for more.

The players are back out in the middle and we are ready to go again. The BLR camp have their customary huddle. Adam Milne has the new ball in his hand. He will look to rattle the opposition with pace and bounce. He has a lone slip in place

AB de Villiers and Virat Kohli played with royal flourish to underline their stamp of authority at the Chinnaswamy stadium. Sarfaraz Khan then left the opposition battered and bruised with his cheeky little shots. It is going to be a gargantuan task for the HYD camp to chase this target down. Remember, the boisterous crowd at the stadium won't make life easy for them. Can David Warner turn the scales with his matchless brilliance? We have to wait and watch...

"Not a bad one from the team's point of view. The action was superb. AB and Virat put up a fantastic stand and credit must go to Sarfaraz. It's a great team effort to get to that total. We get along well. He (Obviously Sarfaraz) keeps texting me and the way he played today was fantastic. He's too young and he's like a son to me. He's definitely one for the future and one must keep an eye on him" reveals a delighted Chris Gayle.

AB started the carnage, Kohli joined and the duo put 157 runs for the second wicket before Bhuvi bowled a perfect yorker to see the back of Kohli. Soon after Mustafizur got the better of AB and Watson in the 18th over to mitigate the pain, but only so little. For by then Bangalore had hung more than 180 on the board. Earlier Nehra walked off after hurting his ankle, leaving the visitors one short of a death specialist. There is nothing more to summarize. Oh, wait Sarfaraz Khan made an special appearance today. He played a cameo and flaunted the variety he has got in his repertoire. It was the kind of innings T20 League had missed so far this season. I think time has come to put a sign board outside the Chinnaswamy, reading - bowlers keep away. Chase in a while from now...

"Great expectations lead to great disappointments," said someone. But he who said this might not have been aware of the batting might of Bangalore. For the Bangalore batters lived up to it and in the process spoiled the bowling averages of HYD bowlers. However, the prelude was not as great as the climax. The hosts lost Gayle in the second over and the score was 12/1 after the third over. But as everyone keeps insisting, if Gayle does not get you, Kohli or de Villiers will. Today, they both came to the party and made the bowlers look miserable.

Sarfaraz Khan 35(10) K Jadhav 8(6) Mustafizur 4-0-26-2

19.6 - Mustafizur to Sarfaraz Khan, FOUR, 227 - THIS SCORE HAS NEVER BEEN CHAExpressD IN THE T20 League. Sarfaraz Khan - Remeber the name - Ian Bishop-esque. Length ball in the zone, Sarfaraz Khan goes CRASH-BANG-WALahoreOP - Yep! All in one. Lot of intent and power as the leather scorches into the boundary boards through mid-wicket

19.5 - Mustafizur to Sarfaraz Khan, no run, was trying to reverse scoop a slower ball but this time Mustafizur wins the battle, makes no contact

19.4 - Mustafizur to Sarfaraz Khan, 2 runs, full on middle, Sarfaraz wallops it to the left of Mustafizur who fails to get a hand, that's hit with some power

19.3 - Mustafizur to Sarfaraz Khan, SIX, Sarfaraz Khan - I'm lost for adjectives. The look on VVS's face tells the story. Length ball on leg-stump. On one knee and launched into Sarfaraz's orbit - If ever there was one

19.2 - Mustafizur to K Jadhav, 1 run, muscled down to long-on

19.1 - Mustafizur to K Jadhav, no run, low full toss, swing and a miss

Sarfaraz Khan 23(6) K Jadhav 7(4) Bhuvneshwar 4-0-55-2

18.6 - Bhuvneshwar to Sarfaraz Khan, FOUR, oh, c'mon! You gotta be kidding me. A 19-year old smashing Bhuvi for 4 successive boundaries - Isn't that why T20 League is designed for? Absolutely nailed over extra cover, at the speed of light, no one sweeping on the off-side

18.5 - Bhuvneshwar to Sarfaraz Khan, FOUR, there comes the scoop again, Sarfaraz Khan - You little rippa! How do you do that you little fella. Walks across nonchalantly and employs the scoop, placed to perfection. Over short fine and no one's stopping that...

18.4 - Bhuvneshwar to Sarfaraz Khan, SIX, full toss outside off, Sarfaraz Khan watches the ball all along and opens the bat face to send into the BLR dug-out over third man. That was a reverse scoop and Sarfaraz made it look utterly easy

18.3 - Bhuvneshwar to Sarfaraz Khan, FOUR, the T-A-L-E-N-T. Haven't we seen that enough in the recently concluded U-19 WC. Shuffles and scoops one off the middle, a couple of bounces and into the fine leg fence

18.2 - Bhuvneshwar to Sarfaraz Khan, FOUR, goes deep inside the crease and Bhuvi errs in line, goes full toss and offers width too. Smashed through extra cover, beats a diving fielder in the deep

18.1 - Bhuvneshwar to K Jadhav, 1 run, clobbered through cover

Free hit coming up..

18.1 - Bhuvneshwar to K Jadhav, no ball, FOUR, this will certainly help. High full toss deemed as a no-ball and rightly so. Well outside off and Jadhav slaps it for a flat four over deep backward point

17.5 - Mustafizur to Sarfaraz Khan, 1 run, another slower ball and Sarfaraz Khan was way too ambitious with his stroke. Attempts a fancy shot - A scoop perhaps - Over fine leg and the leading edge just about carries towards Karn Sharma at short third man. Replays show that it went off the back of the bat

17.4 - Mustafizur to K Jadhav, 1 run, slower fullish ball on off, Jadhav didn't pick that, manages to push towards mid-off for a quick single

Kedar Jadhav, right handed bat, comes to the crease

17.3 - Mustafizur to Watson, out Caught by N Ojha!! Two in two. Mustafizur Rahman is on a hat-trick here. Drifts one down the leg-side and Watto might have got some tickle on the glance. 17.2 - Mustafizur to de Villiers, out Caught by Eoin Morgan!! What a spectacular knock from a spectacular batsman. Take a bow AB! He certainly lit this T20 League up which has been lackadaisacal so far. The wily fox Mustafizur Rahman serves a slower full ball and AB fails to pick that. Went for a full-blooded heave and could only succeed in sending it high in the air. Straight into the breadbasket of Morgan at mid-off. Well-judged catch that. de Villiers c Eoin Morgan b Mustafizur 82(42) [4s-7 6s-6]

Mind you! AB is still there at the other end. We might see the first century of this T20 League today. "Virat stayed out during the whole strategic time out with Vettori and had an intense chat with Watson and AB," says our man at the ground Akash.

15.5 - Bhuvneshwar to Kohli, out Bowled!! The leg peg is pegged back and HYD can breathe a sigh of relief. Can grab a gatorade as well. Stragetic time-out taken. Kohli reveals his intentions a smidgen too early. Makes room in a bid to blast one through extra cover. Bhuvi follows him and aims the leg-stump. You miss, I hit stuff. A captain's knock from VK. 14.5 - Ashish Reddy to Kohli, 1 run, flicked to deep square leg

14.4 - Ashish Reddy to de Villiers, leg byes, 1 run, gets across but fails to lay wood on leather, manages a leg bye into the leg-side

14.3 - Ashish Reddy to de Villiers, SIX, go fetch that! AB, AB, AB - The anthem rings out at the chinnaswamy as the umpire's fingers go aloft. Walks across, drops to one knee and goes baaaaaang over mid-wicket. Got a thick top-edge but had enough power to clear the fence. Deepak Hooda tries to pull it back with a desperate dive but was well wide of his reach. Hooda got two hands, but could only parry it over

14.2 - Ashish Reddy to Kohli, 1 run, Kohli has missed out on that one, full toss outside off, went too hard and clobbered it to the man at long-off

0.6 - Nehra to Kohli, FOUR, Kohli is on his way, not a delivery Nehra should be bowling. Short and down the leg-side, Kohli gets some glove on the pull and beats Ojha's dive, the ball scurries into the fine leg fence. Wasn't too far from Ojha

0.5 - Nehra to Kohli, no run, back of a length from Nehra this time, Kohli pats it off the outer part of the bat towards point. Cannot steal a single. In fact it was a soft leading edge

This is the noisiest crowd we have had in the four matches so far

0.4 - Nehra to Kohli, no run, touch closer to off this time, Kohli has his elbow high and bat straight as he defends it back

0.3 - Nehra to Kohli, no run, natural angle from Nehra takes this one away from Kohli. He flashed at it with laden feet, did not make any connection

One slip in place

0.2 - Nehra to Gayle, 1 run, another one that pitches on the stumps and shapes away, Gayle tucks it to mid-wicket to bring Kohli on strike, he was not ready but made it easily in the end

0.1 - Nehra to Gayle, no run, appeal for LBW first up and Nehra is pleading, the umpire is not interested in the appeal, asks him to calm down, the ball did shape away but struck him outside off perhaps. Gayle's feet went nowhere and he was beaten on the outside edge, struck on the back pad

Gayle and Kohli are at the crease. Gayle is on strike. Nehra will open the attack

A crushing win for the Bangalore at home to begin their campaign. We say this every year but again, they're looking good to go all the way with the strength of their squad. Especially their batting. It's a line-up to die for. That concludes the fourth consecutive one-sided affair in the T20 League, although this one thrilled with the quality of batsmanship on display. Hope you enjoyed our coverage. Join us tomorrow for a mouth-watering clash between KOL and MUM at the Eden Gardens. Till then, take care. Cheers!

AB: "Absolutely love playing here. The crowd always gets behind us. Pleasure batting with Virat and enjoyed myself. We love running between the wickets. I love batting at 3 and gives me time to read the game. I have been scratchy in the last few weeks, even in the nets I felt horrible. It comes down to what you do in the middle. The bowlers have played together for quite a few years. One or two guys, a guy like Shane Watson coming in and Milne, who has been injured for the last 2 years. All of a sudden it looks like a very good combination of youth and experience. Some very good signs for this season. Kolkata came back from 5 losses in a row, but it's never happened again. So it's important to start well. Hopefully we'll take this into the next few games."

AB de Villiers is the Man of the Match

Kohli: "We lost the toss. Didn't get to do what we wanted, see how the wicket played out. But it was a good effort to get close to 230. Bowlers did a very good job after they got off to a good start. Watson has that experience in the middle, and Warner's wicket helped. Rasool is a deceptive bowler, we saw in the nets that he was troubling the batters. His trajectory of the ball is such that he can fox the batsman with change of pace. Parvez was the standout bowler for me today. Chahal as well did a good job, he went for a few today but as long as he keeps getting me 2-3 wickets in the middle, it's fine. AB was fantastic and we've had a big partnership in Bombay [last season] as well. He took the pressure off me and started hitting the ball like only he can. Pleasure playing with him."

Warner got off to a flier and went bang, bang, bang at the top! But the problem was that it was all about him. He didn't find any support from the other end. Dhawan's off spin woes continued to hold him back, Henriques absolutely struggled to get the big hits away and it was too much to ask of the HYD captain to do it himself. Chasing such a huge total, it can't just be about one man. So once he perished in the 9th over after a sizzling 58 off 25, the game was done there and then. All the momentum stalled since that point, wickets fell in a clump, and BLR started imposing themselves. Reddy had a bit of fun towards the end, and so did Karn, but it was never going to matter.

Warner: "Won't take it away from them. It hurts when one bowler goes down. We bowled well in the first 3 overs. Tough ask for the boys to go out there and get 228. Nehra will be out for a couple of games, he's hurt his groin again. Mustafizur bowled well throughout the WC and he's definitely a find. We go out there and bat the way we know best. I would have liked a bit more tonight but we have to take the positives. We have a nice batting track in Hyderabad, and we have to execute well with the ball and not lose wickets in clumps."

18.5 - Harshal Patel to Eoin Morgan, 2 runs, Chris Gayle has been made to dive at square leg. I repeat. He actually dives. Morgan mistimes the pull to the right of him, and there he goes - the big Jamaican. Makes a half-stop. His reactions are priceless. Certainly not amused to be doing all this hard labour

He catches it easily enough, but then realizes that his momentum will take him over so he flicks it inside. His right foot is very close to the rope but he's okay. And surprisingly, there has been no run taken

16.5 - Harshal Patel to Karn Sharma, no run, beaten by a slower short ball. He swung too early and couldn't connect

He got just enough side spin from round the wicket, Dhawan played inside the line of the ball as he looked to defend and missed. His off-stump took a beating. Dhawan b P Rasool 8(9) [4s-1]

P Rasool to Dhawan, THAT'S OUT!! Bowled!!

Parvez Rasool, right-arm off break, comes into the attack

Spin introduced into the attack for the first time. Rasool has a slip in place

Over: 3 0 1 1 1 4 6 HYD 35/0
Warner 22(10) Dhawan 8(8) Milne 2-0-25-0

2.6 - Milne to Warner, SIX, crash bang and wallop. When the willow met the leather, the sweet sound it made gave an inkling that it came right off the screws. Fuller length delivery and on off-stump, Warner just lofts it to over long-on for a maximum

2.5 - Milne to Warner, FOUR, much needed boundary for HYD. Good length delivery and just outside off, Warner lifts it to the deep extra cover boundary. It did not come off the middle of the bat, but it had enough legs to run away to the fence

2.4 - Milne to Dhawan, 1 run, shortish and just outside off, Dhawan stays slightly leg-side of the ball and dabs it to third man. Dhawan's back foot hardly moves and he is going to be tested by Milne

2.3 - Milne to Warner, 1 run, another razor sharp yorker by Milne, Warner squeezes it to cover point and hares down to the other end

2.2 - Milne to Dhawan, 1 run, just behind a good length and targetting the stumps, Dhawan clips it to square leg. Milne is hurrying the pair for pace. He is certainly steaming into the crease today

2.1 - Milne to Dhawan, no run, a tad fuller and just outside off, Dhawan pats it to mid-off

Over: 2 2 0 1 4 1 2 HYD 22/0
Warner 11(7) Dhawan 6(5) Watson 1-0-10-0

1.6 - Watson to Warner, 2 runs, short delivery and zooming in on the stumps, Warner pulls it to short fine leg, where Rasool runs around and with a dive saves a couple of runs

1.5 - Watson to Dhawan, 1 run, too straight from Watson, clipped to short mid-wicket

1.4 - Watson to Dhawan, FOUR, the BLR camp is up for it. The fielding has been sharp today. Fuller length delivery and just outside off, Dhawan drives it towards sweeper cover, where the fielder runs around the circumference and puts in a dive to his right, but can't stop the boundary

1.3 - Watson to Warner, 1 run, width on offer, Warner cuts it to backward point, who makes a sharp stop

1.2 - Watson to Warner, no run, great stop by Binny at mid-on! Fullish and on the stumps, Warner lifts it towards mid-on where Binny puts in a desperate dive to his right to save a certain boundary

1.1 - Watson to Warner, 2 runs, drama in the middle as the duo steal a couple of runs. Good length delivery and just outside off, Warner aims to cut and gets it off the toe-end. Dhawan sets off for a quick single. The keeper Jadhav effects a direct-hit at the striker's end. But the batsman was in. However, the pair hare down for another run. Even at the non-striker's end there was another direct-hit, but to no avail

Shane Watson, right-arm fast medium, comes into the attack

Shane Watson will share the new ball duties. He has a lone slip in place

Over: 1 5Wd 1 1 4 1 0 0 HYD 12/0
Dhawan 1(3) Warner 6(3) Milne 1-0-12-0

0.6 - Milne to Dhawan, no run, another full delivery from Milne, Dhawan drives it to extra cover, but can't breach the gap

0.5 - Milne to Dhawan, no run, very full and a wee bit of swing from Milne, Dhawan is opened up in his defence and gets a leading edge towards short cover

0.4 - Milne to Warner, 1 run, very low full toss from Milne, Warner bunts it down to mid-off for a quick single

0.3 - Milne to Warner, FOUR, toe-crusher and just outside off, Warner just about manages to get a bit of bat on it. It scurries past the diving keeper to the third man boundary. Milne was unlucky there

0.2 - Milne to Dhawan, 1 run, good length delivery and just outside off, Dhawan tries to tentatively drive and gets an inside edge. The duo scamper across for a single

0.1 - Milne to Warner, 1 run, low full toss from Milne, Warner tucks it to mid-on. Milne is bowling with good wheels

0.1 - Milne to Warner, 5 wides, I thought it hit the thigh pad. However, the umpire gives it as five wides! Pacy good length delivery, but drifting down leg, Warner aims to tuck it around the corner and it hits his thigh pad. Despite the keeper diving to his right, it runs away to the fine leg fence. It was bowled at 140ks

Warner and Dhawan are at the crease. Warner is on strike. Milne will open the attack
