Due to some technical problems, we are unable to cover live matches on our site and app. We are working on it and will be back soon. Please stay tuned for more.

19.4 - A Mahmood to Shoaib Malik, byes, FOUR, follows Malik with a full delivery, manages to beat his slog and nutmeg him. But wait on, Haddin has failed to gather as well. Such a shame for Mahmood

19.0 - A Russell to Shakib, FOUR, Shakib swings a full 360 degrees and gets the ball in a completely diagonally opposite direction than originally intended. This length ball skims off a thick outside edge over short third man

15.3 - A Mahmood to Rahim, FOUR, flogged behind square. Spearing in on middle and leg, Rahim swings it across the line and gets the boundary which he hopes would help him break the shackles

15.0 - A Russell to Bopara, FOUR, driven handsomely wide of long-off. This time, it's not full enough and enables Bopara to get under the inside-out loft

12.3 - Rumman Raees to Bopara, FOUR, woah, superb whip of the wrists. On a short of length on leg, Bopara is in such form. Swivels across smoothly and flogs the short-arm pull behind square

11.5 - Imran Khalid to Rahim, FOUR, 'tock' screeches Rahim's bat as he nails the slog sweep in between two deep fielders on the on-side. Reached out after sitting on one knee and slapped it hard

11.1 - Imran Khalid to Bopara, FOUR, tossed up just outside off, Bopara roundhouses the drive past extra-cover. Played with the turn and got close enough to the pitch to unleash his arms

4.5 - Badree to Shahzaib Hasan, FOUR, here he goes. Adventurous but fraught with risk I would think. Makes some room to allow a clean swing of the arms and hoists a leg-break over extra-cover

4.1 - Badree to Bopara, FOUR, moves inside the line while kneeling down and cracks the sweep behind square. Some form he looks in

2.5 - Badree to Shahzaib Hasan, FOUR, now this is a rank bad ball. Short and turning away wide of off, Hasan gets on top of the bounce by rolling the wrists and cuts it behind square

2.4 - Badree to Shahzaib Hasan, FOUR, that's a very risky stroke especially against a slippery customer like Badree. Flipper around off, extract a lot of bounce from the surface and cramps Hasan for room as he tries to back away for a cut. Never in control of the stroke, and a thick outside edge whistles away through the vacant slip region

16.1 - Sami to Rahim, SIX, Rahim has picked his spot over short fine leg. And hang on. It's gone all the way. Walked well across outside off to get inside the line of a length ball and scooped it right off the middle

7.2 - A Russell to Shahzaib Hasan, SIX, Hasan has been itching to smack a few. Looks that sort of a player who can't really tone down his instincts no matter the situation. Gets one right in his half and clouts it wide of long-on

17.4 - A Mahmood to Bopara, out Caught by Asif Ali!! Amin is a relieved man. His drop earlier in the over has not cost anything much at all. Bopara actually hits this well. Picks the short ball early and nails the pull. However, much to his dismay, he picks out deep square leg who makes no mistake. Bopara c Asif Ali b A Mahmood 45(50) [4s-4]

16.5 - A Russell to Rahim, out Bowled!! Rahim's stumps have been clattered. Backed away slightly to slog a full ball into orbit. Lost his shape and couldn't lay any bat onto it. On second glance, it is eveident that the ball tailed back in slightly as well which contributed to Rahim's downfall. Middle and leg stump take a pounding. So, Sami's injury has at least some up-side for Islamabad. Rahim b A Russell 33(27) [4s-2 6s-1]

8.4 - Sami to Shahzaib Hasan, out Caught by Haddin!! That's a real effort ball. Got it to kick and climb from a short of length just outside off, catches the outside edge of Hasan's wafting blade and carries through nicely to Haddin. Poor choice of stroke though. No footwork and just stands there trying to slap it through the off-side. Shahzaib Hasan c Haddin b Sami 27(19) [4s-3 6s-1]

1.4 - Imran Khalid to Imad Wasim, out Lbw!! Trouble brewing already for Karachi Kings and we are just in the second over. Wasim has only walked out but feels confident enough to premeditate the sweep. The length was there but he simply missed it and is hit on the back pad. Wait though, HawkEye shows that the ball hadn't turned and was skidding away outside off from the round the wicket angle. Imad Wasim lbw b Imran Khalid 0(2)

1.2 - Imran Khalid to James Vince, out Caught by Misbah!! And the move to send Vince up the order has failed. The idea might have been to allow the Englishman to express himself against the new ball. But Misbah countered it by opening with two spinners. Vince makes room looking to loft it inside-out over extra-cover, couldn't quite get underneath the stroke and chips it straight to the man. James Vince c Misbah b Imran Khalid 2(5)

17.2 - A Mahmood to Bopara, 1 run, Mahmood must have patted himself on the back after getting the better of Bopara, dropped it short on seeing him give the charge, Bopara can only swat it high off the bat down towards long-on. A sitter of a catch which Amin makes a hash of

15.4 - A Mahmood to Rahim, 1 run, advances down to a short of length and chops it in front of backward point

17.3 - Bopara to Asif Ali, leg byes, FOUR, Bopara is on his knees. Is disappointed with himself for slipping one down leg, Ali couldn't connect with the tickle, the ball hits the boot and races away fine

16.2 - Amir to Misbah, FOUR, streaky! But Misbah and Islamabad won't mind it. He was winding up for the mow to the leg-side, goes deep in the crease, Amir fires a yorker, squirted off the inside edge through the batsman's legs, raced away to the fine leg fence

15.1 - Bopara to Asif Ali, FOUR, Usama almost pulled off a stunner. Length delivery, Ali fetches the hoick from outside off, lofts it wide of long-on, Mir runs to his right, dives full length and is inches away from pouching it

13.1 - Usama Mir to Misbah, FOUR, that's very well played. Tossed up delivery on off and middle, Misbah moves across, stoops down on his knee and sweeps it behind square leg, rolls his wrist to get the placement right

10.5 - Shakib to Misbah, FOUR, not all that short, but Misbah made good use of the crease, went deep and cut it behind point, splitting backward point and short third man to perfection

7.5 - Usama Mir to Misbah, FOUR, there's a Misbah special. Was ages early into the reverse sweep, Usama had the time to darted it in, but Misbah is too good with the shot, places it wide of the slip fielder and collects four more

7.1 - Usama Mir to Khalid Latif, FOUR, mishit and Usama is not a happy bowler. Floated up invitingly just outside off, Latif takes the bait, slices the inside out loft over extra cover, the ball beat both the converging fielders from deep extra cover and long-off

3.5 - Sohail Khan to Misbah, FOUR, sloppy. Back of a length around off, Misbah steers it to third man, was rolling down towards Amir, who lets it escape through his hands, reaches the fence and Misbah is off and running

1.4 - Sohail Khan to Haddin, FOUR, pitched up right in Haddin's arc, he gets his front leg out of way to get a free swing of the arms, drills it between extra cover and mid-off, raced away to the fence

1.0 - Amir to A Russell, FOUR, no half measures with Russell. Full and in the slot, Russell gives it his all, goes hard and the outside edge flies over short third man, who was brought in just before this ball

0.4 - Amir to A Russell, FOUR, Amir followed the batsman who was backing away to the leg-side, the length was full and that allowed Russell to get under it, whipped it over square leg and it almost went the distance

18.5 - Mir Hamza to Asif Ali, SIX, Islamabad United win by 5 wickets. The players in the dugout are on their feet. Wasim Akram is clapping. What a way to finish the game! The players shake hands. The ball was short and at chest height, Ali swivels on the back foot and hammers the pull over deep square leg

18.3 - Mir Hamza to Asif Ali, SIX, Ali is in sixer hitting mode. Picks the slower delivery, eyes his spot, clears his front leg and heaves it across the line, sends it soaring over deep mid-wicket for a maximum

17.4 - Bopara to Asif Ali, SIX, that blow has tilted the game again. Pitched up and in the slot, Ali gets underneath it and smashes it flat over long-off, made good connection as it cleared the fielder with ease

8.3 - Shakib to Khalid Latif, SIX, Latif likes clearing the fence a lot. His third six. Seemed like a mishit once again, but had enough wood on the heave to clear the long-on fence. Shakib can't believe it went the distance

6.4 - Mir Hamza to Khalid Latif, SIX, poor delivery. Short and down leg, even fine leg was square. Latif just needed to get some wood on that, helps it along the way with a pull, sailed over the rope by an inch or so

5.4 - Sohail Khan to Khalid Latif, SIX, where did that come from? Latif was being bogged down and had been pushed to the corner, he responds with this. Length delivery right in the slot, a clean swing of the bat and the ball sails over the long-on fence

2.3 - Amir to A Russell, SIX, Amir had to pitch it up as he had used up the two short deliveries. Russell was waiting for this one, hammers it into the stands over long-off for the first six of the innings

17.2 - Bopara to Misbah, out Caught by James Vince!! Misbah is gone. Karachi have got the wicket they wanted and it is that man, Ravi Bopara. What a tournament he is having! Runs, wickets and crucial wickets. The slower delivery - back of the hand, Misbah steps out, doesn't get to the pitch, is deceived for pace but still goes through with the loft, skies it towards long-on. Vince settles under and takes it tumbling back. Misbah c James Vince b Bopara 38(38) [4s-5]

13.4 - Usama Mir to Khalid Latif, out Stumped!! Usama deserved that wicket. The partnership has been broken and an opening is created. Floated up on off, Latif was lured into the big shot, races down the wicket to go downtown, is beaten by the turn and bounce. Rahim gloves and takes the bails off. That was well done as the ball bounced a touch more. Latif was well out of the crease. Khalid Latif st Rahim b Usama Mir 33(35) [4s-1 6s-3]

3.2 - Sohail Khan to Haddin, out Caught by Shakib!! Three down and Islamabad are in all sorts of trouble. Bring out Misbah already. It was banged in short and was asking to be punished, Haddin transfered his weight back and was a tad early into the pull, lobs it towards mid-wicket. Shakib leaps up gobbles it safely. Timed the jump to perfection. Haddin c Shakib b Sohail Khan 4(6) [4s-1]

3.0 - Amir to A Russell, out Hit Wkt!! That's a bizarre dismissal. Nonetheless, Amir is pumped up and so are the rest of his mates. The ploy to send Russell up the order hasn't worked for Islamabad. This was a widish yorker outside off, Russell makes room and tries to reach out, in the end hits the stumps with his bat. He was too far back in the crease. A Russell hit wkt b Amir 14(11) [4s-2 6s-1]

1.2 - Sohail Khan to Sharjeel Khan, out Caught by Shahzaib Hasan!! That's a soft dismissal. Karachi have an early wicket. Full on middle and leg, Sharjeel goes for the flick, was never looking to keep it down, the bat face turns on impact and Shahzaib hangs on to a dolly at mid-wicket. Sharjeel Khan c Shahzaib Hasan b Sohail Khan 1(3)
