Due to some technical problems, we are unable to cover live matches on our site and app. We are working on it and will be back soon. Please stay tuned for more.

49.2 - Boland to Rohit, FOUR, top edge and looks like it has gone all the way? That's cruel for the bowler. No, it has just landed in front. Low full toss outside off stump, Rohit went down on one knee to sweep, got a top edge and it flew over Wade and almost went for a maximum. 300 up for India

48.3 - Faulkner to Ravindra Jadeja, FOUR, Jadeja opens his account in style! Poor delivery! Full and in the slot, Jadeja slogs hard and sends it over wide mid-on for a boundary

46.5 - Faulkner to Rohit, FOUR, gee! Innovative hit from Rohit and he's connected well. Good length delivery angling in around off stump line, Rohit moved across the stumps and scooped it over the infield, fine leg was back near the rope but he was too square

44.5 - Faulkner to Dhoni, FOUR, now round the wicket and Faulkner loses his radar. Short and on the leg stump, don't bowl short to Dhoni. He's good with his pull/hook! Dhoni swivels and pulls it fine, long leg was very square and he was not even in the picture. So the Indian skipper opens his account in style

42.3 - Mitchell Marsh to Kohli, FOUR, down the track and then lofted over cover, not from the middle of the bat but enough wood on it to escape to the boundary. Can't bowl length at this stage of the innings, Kohli stepped out and got close to the pitch of the ball, played the lofted cover-drive and cleared the infield

42.1 - Mitchell Marsh to Kohli, FOUR, poor delivery from Marsh. The attempted off-cutting slower ball goes horribly wrong as it goes short and wide outside off stump, Kohli cuts hard and hits it through cover, the man sweeping on the off-side had no chance

41.1 - Hazlewood to Rohit, FOUR, now that is a wonderful shot! Elegantly done by the centurion. With third man so square, Rohit waits for this short of length delivery to come, opens the face of the bat at the last moment and guided it past the keeper to begin the over in style. This was a shot he was trying to play against Hazlewood earlier, but he couldn't connect. Now he's got a boundary

40.0 - Boland to Rohit, FOUR, yorker just missed! Bowls a full toss to Rohit who smokes it for a one-bounce four over long leg fence, Faulkner tried to fling that back but it was too far from his reach

39.3 - Boland to Rohit, FOUR, cardinal sin! Bowling it on the pads to a batsman who is batting on 115. Easy peasy for Rohit who flicks to the fine leg fence, long leg sprints across to his right but to no avail

39.2 - Boland to Rohit, FOUR, Rohit has loosened up now! Try and keep him calm, if you can. Jeez! He looks so good when he's timing the ball that well. Gets across a tad and lifts this over mid-on, couple of bounces and into the fence

36.1 - Joel Paris to Kohli, FOUR, straightaway the debutant offers a candyfloss. Down leg and all Virat needed to do was get some bat on that, tickled fine and way she goes into the fence

34.4 - Joel Paris to Rohit, FOUR, boy! That's some shot I can tell you. Half-volley around off, Rohit bludgeons it past Virat, timed and placed the uppish lofted drive to perfection, no point chasing that lads! Just one hit away now

33.2 - Mitchell Marsh to Kohli, FOUR, splendid! Short and wide, asking to be put away and Kohli obliges. Flays it over backward point with a superbly-timed cut shot, sweeper had no chance

30.2 - Faulkner to Rohit, FOUR, shot! The ramp shot! The one that legendary Viru used to play so well. Dug in short outside off, Rohit sits back and ramps it high towards the third man fence, stand and admire stuff!

26.5 - Maxwell to Kohli, FOUR, now Kohli brings out the sweep. Kohli kneels down and wanted to hit this with a lot of power, gets a top-edge that runs away to the deep backward square leg fence, there was a man at fine leg but he had no chance of cutting it off

20.2 - Faulkner to Rohit, FOUR, top-edge and four! This was banged in short outside off, Rohit was looking to pull it away, gets a fat top-edge that goes over the leaping keeper and crashes into the fence in a jiffy

15.0 - Faulkner to Rohit, FOUR, whattay shot! The Aussies have been guilty of this. Too many half-vollies on offer today. All Rohit had to do was to hit the gap after leaning towards the ball. Punched it with a firm bottom hand straight of mid-on

13.1 - Boland to Kohli, FOUR, Boland will soon learn that there are some things you can do. And there are some things you can't. Just a no-no. Bowling on Kohli's pads is one of those. That too a half-volley. Okay not quite on the pads but it's enough. Whipped wide of mid-on

12.1 - Mitchell Marsh to Kohli, FOUR, my oh my! What more can I say. Half-volley just outside off, Kohli bends that forward knee and punches it wide of mid-off. Raced away

10.2 - Mitchell Marsh to Rohit, FOUR, it's been an appalling start from Marsh. Two full tosses to begin with. This one slightly higher. Rohit closes the bat-face on impact and pushes it wide of mid-on. No one in the deep to cut it off

10.0 - Joel Paris to Kohli, FOUR, serves up length outside off. Kohli drives uppishly. Didn't time it that well, manages to place it past non-striker and to the right of Warner at mid-off. Warner gives chase and dives beyond the ropes but couldn't prevent the boundary

9.4 - Joel Paris to Kohli, FOUR, how about that? Can't bowl there to Virat. On the pads and Kohli is nice and early to flick that through mid-wicket, his first boundary on this tour, can't keep him calm for a long time!

5.2 - Joel Paris to Dhawan, FOUR, this one's going to the boundary. Fullish and outside off, Dhawan gets a good stride forward and creams the drive past extra cover for his first boundary

2.1 - Hazlewood to Rohit, FOUR, top-edge and safe! Bouncer from Hazlewood and Rohit got into a bit of tangle as he tried to pull over square leg. The top-edge flies well over a leaping keeper and races away to the fence, streaky but Rohit won't mind that

0.4 - Hazlewood to Rohit, leg byes, FOUR, drifting into the pads. Swinging in too. Rohit tries to flick but couldn't get bat on that. The ball brushes the pad and races away to the fine leg fence

0.2 - Hazlewood to Rohit, FOUR, first boundary of the series! And it flew from the flashing blade of Rohit Sharma. Full and too straight again. Rohit shuffles and flicks wide of Faulkner at mid-on, he gives chase but to no avail

49.3 - Boland to Rohit, SIX, another full toss, the third full toss Boland has bowled to Rohit Sharma in his last two overs and all three have been muscled by the Mumbaikar for maximums! Rohit went deep in the crease expecting a yorker, but Boland offered him a gift, Rohit went over long-on and that went a long way beyond the rope. Looks like Rohit has broken his bat with that shot

47.5 - Boland to Rohit, SIX, Boland is getting his yorkers right to MS Dhoni, but he's bowling low full tosses to Rohit Sharma. Another low full toss and Rohit goes downtown over long-on, for a moment it looked as if he was going to pick the fieldsman out in the deep but it cleared him

47.2 - Boland to Rohit, SIX, now he's missed the yorker and that's a juicy low full toss, Rohit waits for the ball to come and flicks it away nicely from the middle of the bat, the ball clears the mid-wicket fence quite comfortably. He moves on to 149 with that hit

46.2 - Faulkner to Dhoni, SIX, in the airrrr and that's gone all the way! Faulkner misses his length by a yard or so and that was in the slot for the skipper to tee off. He went over long-off with the lofted drive after jumping out of the crease and picked up a maximum

38.4 - Joel Paris to Rohit, SIX, there's a catch - in the crowd though. Well done mate, he took it with both hands! Rohit stood still and dispatched this length delivery for a 82-metre six over long-on, no one moved

31.2 - Boland to Kohli, SIX, 35th ODI fifty for Virat Kohli. Short and slipping down leg, Kohli gets a top-edge on the pull and it sails straight over the stands at fine leg. Gets a good round of applause from the crowd

26.1 - Maxwell to Rohit, SIX, massive strike! The Hitman is in town folks, all you Perth people! Tossed up outside off, Rohit comes dancing down the track, gets to the pitch of the ball and smokes it over the long-off fence

23.3 - Mitchell Marsh to Rohit, SIX, a mistimed shot goes for a maximum! On a length and on the stumps, Rohit premeditates the slog. Since mid-on was inside the circle, he took a calculated risk, picks it over mid-wicket and it just about lands beyond the rope to give Rohit his second maximum. It wasn't timed too well, but had enough to go over the rope

3.4 - Joel Paris to Rohit, SIX, "He plays that shot better than any other Indian batsman in the current line-up" lauds Harsha on air. Isn't he right? He in fact is. It's Rohit's trademark - pull shot that is. Short one at the batsman, Rohit gets into position early - swivels and pulls handsomely over the long leg fence

48.2 - Faulkner to Dhoni, out Caught by Boland!! Good catch by Boland. In fact the replay shows that even though he went with two hands, he took it with his right hand. Short of a length delivery from Faulkner, probably the slower delivery from the all-rounder, Dhoni mistimed the pull, more from the bottom of the bat, the fielder at mid-wicket dived to his right and plucked it out of thin air. This could make a difference of 10-15 runs to the final total. Dhoni c Boland b Faulkner 18(13) [4s-1 6s-1]

44.3 - Faulkner to Kohli, out Caught by Finch!! That is an unselfish shot in the 90s and Kohli has holed out. He wanted to hit a maximum and long-on moved to his left to take a good catch. Full ball from Faulkner, Kohli advanced and hit it very hard, the timing was so good, just that it didn't have enough height on it, the fielder was close to the rope there, but he did well to take it calmly. So that ends a terrific 207-run stand and a magnificent knock from India's No. 3. He gets a good ovation from the crowd as he walks off as well. Kohli c Finch b Faulkner 91(97) [4s-9 6s-1]

6.4 - Hazlewood to Dhawan, out Caught by Mitchell Marsh!! First wicket and Dhawan trudges off after a itchy 22-ball 9. Short ball at the batsman, Dhawan pulled sans any timing. Got big on Dhawan and it hit the splice of the bat. Flew straight towards the incoming fine leg fielder. Mitch Marsh steadies himself, crouches low and reverse-cups it right under his throat. Dhawan c Mitchell Marsh b Hazlewood 9(22) [4s-1]

47.3 - Boland to Rohit, 1 run, widish yorker outside off stump, Rohit reaches out and drives it along the ground to sweeper cover. 150 for Rohit and he gets a good round of applause from the crowd

42.4 - Mitchell Marsh to Kohli, 1 run, the 200-run stand - highest 2nd wicket stand for India against Australia in ODIs. Kohli tucks this towards mid-wicket for a single and then shakes hand with his partner for their wonderful partnership

36.3 - Joel Paris to Rohit, 1 run, there it is! Rohit Sharma - the first Indian to score an ODI ton at the WACA. Guides this short of length delivery down to third man. Takes his helmet off, has his arms aloft and acknowledges the thunderous applause from the WACA crowd, gets a pat on the back from Virat too. So Rohit starts 2016 with a ton then

27.0 - Maxwell to Kohli, 2 runs, darted on the pads, Kohli looks to sweep it fine, might have got an inside edge onto the pad, the ball runs away fine and the batsmen easily come back for the second. Brings up the 100-run stand as well

19.2 - Mitchell Marsh to Rohit, 1 run, fifty for Rohit! Greeted with a discernible applause from this WACA crowd. Lazes across towards his mate and gets a solid handshake. Got to the milestone with another easy glide down to third man. Now stay there and carry on

44.5 - Barinder to Smith, FOUR, Smith once again has some words of advice as he carves this overpitched delivery wide of short third man, there was no one in the deep and it races away to the fence

43.3 - Ashwin to Maxwell, FOUR, flatter delivery around leg stump, Maxwell goes leg-side to give himself room and punches it right off the screws past cover, runs away to the fence in a jiffy

40.5 - Ravindra Jadeja to Smith, FOUR, now Jadeja bowls one short and outside off stump, Smith tells him that he's very good off the back foot and cuts it past the man at backward point

39.2 - Barinder to Smith, FOUR, a flat-batted pull and mid-on wasn't good enough! Shortish and outside off stump, not high enough to trouble the batsman, Smith muscles it down the ground, mid-on dives but loses the battle. Meanwhile, this is now Smith's highest ODI score. PB: 105 against the same opposition in that World Cup semi-final that I was talking about earlier

39.0 - U Yadav to Smith, FOUR, the runs are flowing and Australia won't mind even if they are lucky ones. Length delivery from the bowler, Smith clears his front leg and tries to slog hard, gets an inside edge that almost shaves the leg stump and runs away for four

38.5 - U Yadav to Smith, FOUR, wow! An Indian bowler tries a yorker. Although this wasn't quite a yorker, credit to Umesh for at least trying one. Very full on the stumps, Smith backs away and drives hard, Ashwin runs to his left from mid-on and dives, but in vain

38.2 - U Yadav to Bailey, FOUR, short and wide outside off stump, Bailey won't miss out on those, cut it hard through backward point and it raced away

37.4 - Bhuvneshwar to Smith, FOUR, way too short and on leg stump line as well, Smith swivels and pulls behind square on the on-side, Umesh Yadav gives chase from fine leg, but he had too much distance to cover

32.5 - Ravindra Jadeja to Smith, FOUR, serves up a short delivery to the Aussie skipper. He swivels and got a top-edge on the pull, got enough power behind the shot to travel all the way, behind square on the leg-side

31.4 - Ashwin to Smith, FOUR, short and asking to be put away! Smith obliges with a well-timed cut through deep cover, no need to run for those

29.4 - Kohli to Bailey, FOUR, way too short from Kohli. Bailey had all the time in the world to pick his spot. Rocks back and muscles the pull wide of deep mid-wicket, no point chasing that lads!

25.5 - Ashwin to Smith, FOUR, dropped short and wide. Smith takes full toll of it. Jumped back and smashed the cut to the right of sweeper cover, who had no chance of cutting it off. This was the best of the lot

23.5 - Ashwin to Bailey, FOUR, yet another reverse sweep from Bailey and this time he made better connection. Placed the stroke wide of backward point and there is no one in the deep to prevent the boundary

19.5 - Ashwin to Bailey, FOUR, lucky runs for Bailey. He goes for the reverse sweep this time, can only manage to connect with the toe-end, placed that shot wide of the fielder at cover and it trickles away to the fence

18.4 - Ravindra Jadeja to Smith, FOUR, slider slipping down leg. All Smith needed to do was to get some bat on that, whips it behind square on the leg-side, no one in the deep meaning it's an easy boundary

17.2 - Ashwin to Smith, FOUR, rare poor delivery from Ash. Dropped it short and wide and Smithy was quick to latch onto it. Rocked back and cut that behind backward point, raced away

10.3 - Barinder to Bailey, FOUR, another one! Someone have a chat with the debutant. Tell him how it's all been tried before. Tell him how it's all disappeared before. Short of length and pulled hard. This time through square leg

10.2 - Barinder to Bailey, FOUR, Sran needs to be careful. Getting carried away a bit. Short ball and at his pace, good luck! Bailey swivels on the back foot, fetches it from well outside off and pulls it through mid-wicket

9.1 - Bhuvneshwar to Bailey, FOUR, a pure half-volley and Bailey has blazed it past extra-cover. Stoops across and unleashes the drive. Rocketed away

2.5 - Barinder to Warner, FOUR, ooooh, reckon that might have been close had he missed. But he didn't. Back of a length delivery headed towards middle, Warner moves across on the hop, and glances it fine

2.2 - Barinder to Finch, FOUR, chopped on, has he? Oh no. It's missed off stump by a hair's breadth and sped away. Not too short to cut, cramped for room as well, thank your stars

43.4 - Ashwin to Maxwell, out Caught by Dhawan!! Ashwin has suddenly found wickets today, gets his second of the game. Floated up on the stumps, Maxwell steps out of the crease and wanted to go big downtown, doesn't get it off the middle of the blade and long-on moves to his right, jumps across and takes a smart catch. Is there more life in this game? Only time will tell. Maxwell c Dhawan b Ashwin 6(6) [4s-1]

40.3 - Ravindra Jadeja to Smith, SIX, muscled! This should be over quickly folks! Flighted delivery outside off stump, Smith steps out and easily lofts through the line over long-off. It was amazing to see how easily he managed to send that all the way

26.0 - Ashwin to Smith, SIX, this is much, much better! Steven Smith you little ripper. How does he play that shot so well! Reminded me of his first six during the 2013 Ashes against Swann. Advanced, got to the pitch of the ball and smoked it straight down the ground

25.1 - Ashwin to Bailey, SIX, "And down comes George and there he goes George" lauds Mark Nicholas on air. Superb use of the feet, need guts to play that against the current best spinner in the world. Times the loft to perfection and it went all the way for a maximum over long-off

11.5 - Rohit to Bailey, SIX, and bang! Unless Rohit pulls out a pipedream in the last ball, safe to say this move to bring him on hasn't worked. Bailey sees the flight, ventures down and launches it straight back. Way over the sight-screen she goes

49.1 - Barinder to Smith, out Caught by Kohli!! Ohh dear! Smith is a disappointed man as he misses out on his 150 by a solitary run. Nevertheless, it has been a brilliant knock from the Australian skipper. Walks back to a standing ovation from the crowd, waves his bat around to soak in the applause. Coming to the ball, it was the off-pace delivery from Sran, completely outfoxed Smith, who pushes at it with hard hands, ends up spooning it straight to Kohli at short cover. The easiest of catches for him. Out comes finisher Faulkner. Smith c Kohli b Barinder 149(135) [4s-11 6s-2]

41.5 - Ashwin to Bailey, out Caught by Bhuvneshwar!! In the air, oh that has popped out but Bhuvi has managed to hold on. Excellent catch at the long-off fence. Bailey walks off to a standing ovation. Now is there a twist in the tale? Finally, something works for Ashwin. I must tell you that this was more a fielder's wicket. Flighted delivery just outside off stump, Bailey advances and loft-drives it hard, hits it flat, Bhuvi runs to his right from long-off and tries to reverse-cup it after jumping in the air, couldn't control it and it came out of his hands but he managed to grab the rebound. End of an excellent innings from Bailey and end of an excellent 242-run stand as well. I must remind you that he got lucky very early in his innings as the umpire didn't not give it favour of Sran, when he gloved one first ball to Dhoni. Anyway, let's not take any credit away from the batsman. It wasn't his fault and he's made full use of the opportunity. Bailey c Bhuvneshwar b Ashwin 112(120) [4s-7 6s-2]

4.4 - Barinder to Warner, out Caught by Kohli!! Sran is punching the air, giving Warner a piece of his mind, and completely overcome with delight. Ooooh, sledging Warner eh? He can do what he wants now. Pitched up outside off and smashed .. straight to mid-off. Absolutely caned the drive but didn't bother to keep it down and failed to clear Kohli, who timed his leap to perfection and cupped it in front of his face. Warner c Kohli b Barinder 5(10) [4s-1]

2.3 - Barinder to Finch, out Caught&Bowled!! Well, those stars didn't stand watch over him for too long, did they? But it's Sran's moment. Let me not take it away. Maiden ODI wicket. Wow, always something you can tell your grandkids about. And how cool is he with his celebrations! Pitched up outside off, Finch goes with hard hands on the drive, the bat face turns and he drags it in the air off the inside half of the bat. It was low to Sran's right, he bent low and went with both hands. And it stuck. Finch c and b Barinder 8(11) [4s-1]

38.1 - U Yadav to Smith, 1 run, tell him that he's playing against India and he'll say he can score a hundred even before the start of the game. What a player! The captain leads from the front and it's his 5th ODI hundred, back-to-back hundreds for Smith against Dhoni and Co. Remember, he got one in the all important World Cup semi-final on March 26, 2015. Short of a length delivery on the leg stump, Smith works it behind square and gets to his milestone. Gets a great applause from the crowd and he raises his bat, before shaking hands with his partner

37.3 - Bhuvneshwar to Bailey, 1 run, freebie, length delivery on the leg stump, worked through square leg and we have the second 200 partnership of the day

35.2 - Bhuvneshwar to Bailey, 2 runs, Bhuvi is Bailey's best friend now, this was just a single, but the bowler, in view of a run-out concedes an extra run and helps Bailey to get to his hundred. 3rd ODI hundred for Bails! He raises his bat and acknowledges the applause from the crowd. No great celebration from him. Just a raise of the bat and he gets a hug from his skipper. Good length delivery just outside off stump, Bailey taps it to the left of the bowler, Bhuvi has a needless shy at the striker's end and misses the sticks

28.5 - U Yadav to Bailey, wide, lifter on the batsman, was a tad too high and called wide, rightly so after Bailey ducked under that

24.4 - Ravindra Jadeja to Smith, 1 run, first fifty against India in ODIs. Got there with a good-looking drive wide of mid-off, he knows there's still a job to be done. Just a handshake from his partner, very mild celebration that

22.3 - Ravindra Jadeja to Bailey, 1 run, Bailey repeats the same and brings up the 100-run stand. Just turned that with soft hands towards mid-wicket and set off for a quick single

21.0 - Ravindra Jadeja to Bailey, 1 run, 18th ODI fifty for Bailey! Lucky to be still out there. Reached his landmark with a drive wide of mid-off

12.4 - U Yadav to Bailey, 1 run, Bailey is in pain, still called through for a non-existent run, and has to put in a full length dive. A direct-hit and he was gone! Yadav bowled a grenade which spat on the batsman from a short of length, pounded his gloves and rolled towards backward point. Jadeja took aim and rifled the throw but missed

7.1 - Bhuvneshwar to Bailey, 1 run, this is just bizarre. Pandemonium at the WACA. There could have been atleast three run-outs here. In the end, there was none. Punched straight back, Bhuvneshwar bends low to get fingertips on it. Misses the stumps and rolls down to mid-on. The fielder misses the stumps at the non-striker's end as a single is attempted. Needed a direct-hit to catch Smith short at the keeper's end which wasn't possible. Got it?
