38.5 - Ish Sodhi to Behardien, FOUR, second boundary of the over and the crowd come alive once again. Slower and on off, Behardien reverse sweeps it fine, two fielders give chase and both can't haul the ball in

38.2 - Ish Sodhi to Behardien, FOUR, Behardien is taking bit more risks now. Floated up outside off, Behardien shuffles across and heaves it to the left of mid-on, who was inside the ring and can't prevent the boundary

34.2 - Ish Sodhi to Philander, FOUR, first boundary after 83 balls. It was a bit risky, but Philander will take it. Slower and turning away, Philander guides it wide of the slip and the ball races away to the fence

20.2 - Ish Sodhi to Behardien, FOUR, this was not all that short but Behardien was onto it in a flash. He goes low and lifts it over wide mid-on, the ball raced away after going past the infield

20.1 - Ish Sodhi to Behardien, FOUR, long hop and is dealt with. Sodhi drops it short and on the stumps, Behardien rocks back and pulls it over mid-wicket, no one in the deep and that's easy pickings

17.5 - Doug Bracewell to Behardien, FOUR, misfield allows Behardien to open his account. Fullish and outside off, driven towards cover-point, the fielder dives over the ball and lets it escape to the fence

13.5 - Doug Bracewell to Rossouw, FOUR, very full and good use of the feet from Rossouw results in a boundary. Advances and drives it on the full, beats the man at mid-off who dives to his left. He got it off the meat of the bat

8.5 - Ben Wheeler to Rossouw, FOUR, mistimed but Rossouw gets a four. He won't mind that. On a length and just outside off, Rossouw looks to pull it hard, ball takes the outside half and races past a diving mid-on. Beat the fielder to his right

6.1 - Ben Wheeler to de Villiers, FOUR, full and you can't offer so much of width to a batsman of that class. de Villiers slices the drive to the left of point. Timed it superbly and it raced away

6.0 - Milne to Rossouw, FOUR, short again and this time Rossouw takes full toll of it. Rolls the wrists over the pull and laces it in the gap between mid-on and mid-wicket

3.3 - Milne to Rossouw, FOUR, another nice stroke from the bat of Rossouw. Full and in the slot, Rossouw leans into the drive as he places it wide in the gap at mid-off, no need to run for those

2.4 - Ben Wheeler to Rossouw, FOUR, back of a length delivery sat up nicely for Rossouw. He obliges the offer and pulls it wide of mid-on, once he middled it he knows it would be four, raced away in a jiffy

1.2 - Milne to Amla, FOUR, a little too straight from Milne, that will be easy pickings for Amla, clipped over mid-wicket and the ball raced away

0.5 - Ben Wheeler to Amla, FOUR, brilliant way to start your innings. Nice use of the wrists by Amla and what a way to get off the mark. Full and slanting into the pads of Amla, he flicks it in the gap through mid-wicket and collects a four

36.4 - Ish Sodhi to Behardien, SIX, 4th ODI fifty for Behardien. Raises his bat and acknowledges the applause from the dressing room as well as from the crowd. Half tracker outside off, Behardien pulls it flat and over mid-wicket, the ball had enough to go over the rope

49.3 - Ben Wheeler to Tahir, out Tahir Run Out!! Another mix-up and another run-out. South Africa have been bowled out inside 50 overs. Fuller delivery on the stumps, Tahir stays leg-side of the ball and taps it in front of point, he was doing the right thing by going for the single and giving Philander the strike, but is sent back late, Guptill collects the ball, runs across and takes the bails off. Tahir run out (Guptill) 4(7)

47.5 - Doug Bracewell to Steyn, out Steyn Run Out!! Unfortunate way to get out. Steyn drives the low full toss to extra cover, hares across for a sharp single, just when he was about to slide in, the bat gets stuck into the ground, Latham hit the bulls-eye at the bowler's end. Had he slided his bat in, Steyn would have probably made it in. Steyn run out (Latham) 2(9)

46.1 - Milne to Phangiso, out Phangiso Run Out!! Confusion leads to Phangiso being run-out. Good length ball around off, Phangiso knocks it towards cover and sets off, Philander was never interested, he sends his partner back, but is a bit late, Guptill swoops in from point and under-arms the ball to Ronchi, who removes the bails and catches Phangiso short. Even the third umpire was not required. Phangiso run out (Guptill/Ronchi) 1(3)

45.1 - Doug Bracewell to Behardien, out Caught by Williamson!! A fine, fine innings comes to an end. This knock has taken South Africa out of troubled waters. Bracewell starts his spell with a slower delivery, looked like a leg-cutter, Behardien went for the loft over the bowler's head, is deceived for pace and spoons it towards mid-off, KW tracks back and takes it easily. Behardien c Williamson b Doug Bracewell 70(87) [4s-5 6s-1]

32.2 - Ish Sodhi to Wiese, out Lbw!! Sodhi strikes on his return. The umpire took a long time before raising his finger. Sodhi is delight as it is his first wicket. Flighted on the stumps, Wiese kneels down and misses the sweep, is struck right in front of middle. The only thing that could have saved him was if the ball had pitched outside leg, the umpire didn't think so and gave the marching orders. The replays are in, the ball pitched outside leg, Wiese can consider himself unlucky. Wiese lbw b Ish Sodhi 8(24)

23.4 - Elliott to de Villiers, out Caught by Guptill!! AB is gone. And so is half of the South African side. Once again the credit must go to the pitch. It was the slower delivery from Elliott, got stuck on the turf, bounced a bit more as well, de Villiers stayed in the crease and looked to nudge, but checks his shot at the last moment and the ball lobbed to short mid-wicket, Guptill takes the simplest of catches. de Villiers c Guptill b Elliott 31(45) [4s-1]

17.4 - Doug Bracewell to D Miller, out Caught by Munro!! Second for Bracewell. The slowness of the wicket gets rid of Miller. Good length ball around off, it held up on the surface, Miller was a tad early in closing the bat face, the leading edge pops to cover, Munro times his jump and pouches it over his head. South Africa in a spot of bother now. Bracewell being rewarded for some disciplined bowling. D Miller c Munro b Doug Bracewell 5(10)

15.1 - Doug Bracewell to Rossouw, out Caught by Williamson!! Rossouw played so well so far and it's disappointing to see such a talented batsman getting out to a poor shot. Bracewell came round the wicket and angled this one across off, Rossouw advances and looks to loft it over mid-off, mistimed it completely and ends up slicing it to the New Zealand skipper who makes no mistake. Rossouw c Williamson b Doug Bracewell 39(51) [4s-5]

4.0 - Milne to van Wyk, out Bowled!! Dragged on! Second wicket for Milne. This was short and not enough width to play the cut shot, van Wyk still goes for it and chops it back onto the stumps. He went too deep inside the crease while playing that shot. This has been the perfect start for New Zealand. van Wyk b Milne 2(4)

1.3 - Milne to Amla, out Caught by Elliott!! The centurion of the first game departs, Amla is disappointed as he walks back to the pavilion. Short and well wide of off, Amla flashes hard at it and gets a thick outside edge. Third man runs to his left, slides and takes a good catch. New Zealand fielders are delighted as they celebrate the wicket of the big fish. Amla c Elliott b Milne 8(8) [4s-2]

1.5 - Milne to Rossouw, no run, dropped. It was a low full toss on the stumps, Rossouw chips it straight back at the bowler who tries to take the catch in his followthrough. He grabs it in the first attempt but fumbles while trying to take the rebound. A reprieve for Rossouw on 0

7.5 - Milne to de Villiers, 1 run, run out chance missed, de Villiers turns this length delivery in front of mid-wicket and calls for a quick single. Bracewell comes across and gathers the ball quickly, he fires a throw at the bowler's end. Missed it by some distance, had it hit the stumps, de Villiers was gone by a long way. Even a dive wouldn't have saved him

44.3 - Rossouw to Guptill, FOUR, New Zealand level the series. Guptill also reaches his 9th ODI ton. Takes his helmet off and points his bat to the dressing room where his mates stand and applaud. Guptill gets a good stride forward, takes it on the full and drills the drive through extra cover, no chance for the man in the deep. The players shake hands, birthday boy, Worker joins Guptill as they walk off the field

43.2 - de Villiers to Guptill, FOUR, AB knew it was a bad delivery as soon as he delivered. Rank long hop on off, Guptill swivels and pulls it in front of square on the leg-side, none of the fielders moved in the deep

39.5 - Tahir to George Worker, FOUR, top shot! Nice loopy delivery outside off, it was overpitched but still had to be put away, Worker drives through extra cover, sweeper runs to his left, dives and gets a hand, but the ball escapes to the fence

30.3 - Tahir to Williamson, FOUR, Williamson takes the aggressive route. Sinks low to this flighted delivery and heaves it in the gap through mid-wicket. There is no protection in the deep

27.0 - Steyn to Guptill, FOUR, Guptill brings up his 26th ODI fifty. It is his second versus South Africa. Short and outside off, Guptill stands tall and slaps it past short cover, gets it wide of mid-off as well. Raises his bat and acknowledges the applause he receives

26.1 - Steyn to Latham, FOUR, fabulous shot! The timing and placement was sublime from Latham. Angled into the left-hander, Latham leans forward and flicks it elegantly to the left of mid-on, the timing took it to the fence. This is now the highest opening stand for New Zealand against South Africa

14.5 - Behardien to Latham, FOUR, third boundary of the over. Short and wide, Latham throws his bat as he flays it square of the wicket. He got it off the middle and no chance for the fielder in the deep to cut that off

14.3 - Behardien to Latham, FOUR, short and sat up nicely for Latham. He obliges and pulls it hard and nice behind square on the leg-side

14.1 - Behardien to Guptill, FOUR, short and Guptill had all the time in the world to roll his wrists over the pull. Places it wide of the deep backward square and once he got the timing right it raced away

8.4 - Steyn to Latham, FOUR, this wasn't that short but Latham takes full advantage of the width. Cuts it hard square of the wicket to the right of the point. This is good batting from the opening pair

8.2 - Steyn to Latham, FOUR, full and wide, Latham throws the kitchen sink at it as he flashes hard. Ball catches the toe end of the bat and dribbles wide of the lone slip fielder. Fielder in the deep puts in the dive but to no avail

8.0 - Wiese to Guptill, FOUR, Wiese concedes 11 runs in his first over, he isn't pleased with his bowling as he walks back disappointed after collecting his cap from the umpire. On the pads again, Guptill glances it neatly into the long leg fence

7.1 - Wiese to Latham, FOUR, Wiese steams in and errs in line first ball. Well down leg on a back of a length, Latham helps it on its way into the backward square fence. There is no protection in the deep and it raced away

5.2 - Steyn to Latham, FOUR, this time he doesn't mistime the drive, full and in the slot again. Latham laces it in the gap to the left of short cover, once it beat the fielder it was always going into one direction - the boundary ropes it is

3.5 - Phangiso to Guptill, FOUR, flighted delivery on off, Guptill lofts it through the line high and over the bowler, there was a fielder in the deep but he had no chance. Guptill is on fire here

3.3 - Phangiso to Guptill, FOUR, good batting this from Guptill, this time kneels down and sweeps this flatter delivery through mid-wicket. Collects the second boundary of the over

3.1 - Phangiso to Guptill, FOUR, tossed up on off and middle, Guptill sinks low and swings the bat across the line, finds the gap wide of mid-on. Hit that hard and it raced away

2.5 - Philander to Latham, FOUR, loose delivery from Philander, length delivery but a bit too straight. Latham flicks it uppishly over the fielder at mid-wicket. Phangiso dived but he had no chance

2.0 - Phangiso to Guptill, FOUR, slightly short and just outside off, Guptill pounces on it. He rocks back and cuts it to the left of backward point, timed it well and placed it in the gap. First boundary of the New Zealand innings

39.1 - Tahir to Guptill, SIX, wow! That has gone all the way. It looked like a mistimed hit. Guptill goes low and takes the googly on the full, hoicks it towards cow corner, the ball went flat and over the rope

32.2 - Philander to Guptill, SIX, that is smacked, full and in the slot for Guptill. He is so strong in that area, lofts it high and over the bowler's head. Stand and admire stuff from the New Zealand opener

31.1 - Phangiso to Guptill, SIX, Guptill goes downtown, this one is tossed up nicely outside off, Guptill presses on the front foot and lofts it high and over the long-off fence. Wiese at long-off back pedals and looks to claim the catch, but it was way over him

31.3 - Phangiso to Williamson, out Bowled!! New Zealand skipper has to walk back. This one was flighted on off, Williamson went too deep inside the crease looking to punch. Gets a thick inside edge which deflects back onto the stumps. Phangiso is all smiles after consuming the New Zealand skipper. Williamson b Phangiso 7(13) [4s-1]

28.3 - Tahir to Latham, out Caught by Rossouw!! Finally, South Africa have caught one. A fine innings from Latham comes to an end. Tossed up on off, Latham kneels down and sweeps, the top-edge balloons towards deep backward square, Rossouw comes forward and takes a good low catch. Is it too late though? Latham c Rossouw b Tahir 64(81) [4s-8]

3.4 - Phangiso to Guptill, no run, dropped, how much is this going to cost? Phangiso gives this one more air just outside off, Guptill went early on the drive, ends up lobbing it to the right of the bowler who dives and fumbles. For a moment Phangiso had the ball in his hand but shelled it while he landed into the ground

21.2 - Tahir to Latham, 1 run, flighted outside off, Latham nails the sweep straight to deep square leg. The 100-run stand comes up. Both batsmen shake hands and get on with the proceedings

20.3 - Phangiso to Latham, 1 run, consecutive fifties for Latham. His 3rd in ODIs. Floated up, Latham goes down on one, fetches it from outside off and sweeps to deep mid-wicket, hit it hard and straight to the fielder
